What I liked: Well packaged and well made. This attachment is easy to setup and use with my bars. Mostly used this for bent over rows, one arm rows, and inner, upper chest presses. Works really well and haven't run into any issues with it. Might scratch up your bars if you worry about stuff like that, though for me, it's not much of a concern. This is a decent T-bar attachment that works well on my olympic style barbells. I'm not really sure about the single-hand handle as it doesn't really add much to the function of this product. I can simply grab the barbell instead. I feel that this space could have been used as additional reinforcement to make the T-bar attachment more solid. For the T-bar aspect, it handles the weights I use quite well so it seems fairly durable. The sleeve may damage your barbell, so keep that in mind if you are concerned about scratching your barbell. Used in conjunction with the SPART T 360° Swivel T-Bar Row Plate Post Insert Landmine. Mostly used this for bent over rows, one arm rows, and inner, upper chest presses. after 4 months it still holds up well and looks like it will for years to come. Good product for a home gym.

Not a bad attachment, just nothing special. Its not the best fit on the bar, and the material for the handles is pretty cheap- not a good cushion feel. Also, I don't see the need for the single attachment, since the padding is bad, and you cant get a full range of motion. Unfortunately for me, I do not have the correct size bars on my squat rack to correctly attach this tool. I am going to need to come up with a way to get it to work, because it seems like a very solid product. It is built very sturdy, and seems like it would do exactly what I am hoping. Very pleased with this product. Love that you can get a whole body workout with it but didn’t care for the single handle. Could do without it. Set up was simple and easy. It’s lightweight and durable, affordable and practical. Would definitely recommend!

This T-row handle works well, allowing you to get a good workout. However, it may damage your fancy barbell. If you don’t mind potentially scratching your barbell, then this attachment will suffice. The inside of the hole that slides onto the barbell was not very polished, so I spent some time sandpapering it to smooth it out, as there was a sharp weld inside. I also added some duct tape inside to provide additional padding since the inner diameter was larger than 2 inches. Additionally, they provided a screw to secure the attachment onto the barbell, but using that screw can leave deep marks on your barbell sleeves, so I don’t recommend it as the attachment can be used perfectly without that screw. I used this attachment for up to 150 pounds, and I didn’t encounter any issues during my row exercises. If the final finish of this product were a bit better, it could have received a five-star rating. ... show more

    • Great T Bar Row Landmine Attachment For My Powercage
This is a great T Bar row/landmine attachment for my powercage. I like the ergonomics, the way it's laid out and how it feels. It will definitely add variety to my work outs and happy that I have this option now. the welds are fairly clean on the unit that I have but don't have super high expectations as this is made for home use and not for commercial gym or expect commercial gym quality. There were no sharp edges. The black finish is clean and even with no runs. The only con for me is the foam grips which I will replace later. I know that these will not hold up over the course of time but that is a cheap an easy fix considering what your receiving with this and the cost. I would definitely recommend this if your looking for a T bar row/landmine attachment. ... show more
