Overall, it is pretty good. Definitely smoothed, and wasn't completely horrific to get into (just partially!). However, the top does roll down. Next time, I'll use tape to see if that helps.

I have an event coming up and need to wear a formal gown. I have three children and the mom pooch game is real. I love these spanx! They fit perfectly, are breathable, and flatten my tummy and smooth all the things. I also love how high they come up. It doesn't roll down and fits right under my bra edge! Totally worth the price!

This product rolled down at the top and bunched up at the bottom. I am 5'4 and 240 lb and bought a size 3x. It might have been a size too big. I will try the next size down and try again.

Try to imagine me trying to put these on. I get one leg in and realize I may have bitten off more than I can chew, here! Put next leg in and prepare to pull them up over my hips and realize that I CAN'T! I was so bummed. I've wanted Spanx for a long time, now I have them and they're too small. Darn! I pull them off and toss into a corner of my room, defeated. So I stare at them, crumpled on the floor as they mock me. No, I'm not going down like that. I get up to try again, whispering to these shorts that I'm gonna win! I get them on up as far as my hips and began to pull with all my might (what if I tear them!!) Stretch, pull, sweat, swear, GOT IT! They are above my poor, injured bruised hips now! But I won, so there! I got them situated around my core now, those errant (extra skin) rolls are nowhere to be seen! The tummy that housed 2 babies and lots of pizza and twinkies seems to have disappeared! Magic, I tell ya. I yanked on them pretty hard to pull them up and into place and they handled it. No tearing, no terrifying sound of a popped stitch. I love how my rolls and skin is all tucked in and smoothed out! I don't feel hot and constricted at all. There is a little trap door in the crotch for using the restroom, but I haven't been brave enough to try that. My only gripe with these is that they do roll up on the legs. I have to reposition the leg parts throughout the time I'm wearing it. But no rolling at the waist. So glad I got these and now looking forward to being able to order a Spanx tank top!

The inside panel that aids in compression on the right side of the garment detached from the garment during the first use. Must be a defective item, as I bought a smaller size and have worn it for 7 days consecutively (post operatively) with no issues
