I was really looking forward to these for the lavender scent, and I could smell the lavender when I opened the bag. Oddly enough, when the steamer went into the shower it was overpowered by the menthol scent. I tend to like menthol, so this is not a reason for me to stop using these in my shower, but it was disappointing. The steamers come individually wrapped, so they would make great stocking stuffers or gift toppers for multiple family members. Each steamer is a decent-sized round tablet and this is the type that will "fizz" when water gets on it so they disappear quickly if left in standing water. I like to use a mesh bag that I swish through the water and hang at eye level so I can enjoy the scent directly rather than letting it wash down the drain at foot level. These steamers do well in my mesh bags. Overall, I like these. They aren't my favorite, but if I ignore the lavender promise they are really quite nice.

This is a strongly scented bath lozenge. One disc scented the whole bathroom and the hallway outside the door, and lasted for several days. The directions say not to place directly under the shower stream, but where it gets some spray. After three showers sitting on a shelf next to the soap dish, mine still looks nearly new, while those people that placed it more centrally got one and a half showers out of one. You may want to use it in a gym or hotel shower to make it more homey, bring a bit of fun and familiarity to a semi public place. The scent is pleasing, if far from subtle; I find it a bit like menthol in the way it saturates the pores and gets into the lungs. I don't think I'd want to use this on a daily basis, but it's a nice little luxury for occasional use.

I have tried a lot of shower steamers and was skeptical to try another; however, I was pleasantly surprised with Spa For One's 15 pack natural lavender scented shower steamers. I could smell the lavender scent through the bag, even before I opened it. Inside are 15 individually wrapped lavender scented steamers and they even have directions printed on each steamer. Before I even placed the round tablet in the shower, it slipped off the counter and hit the floor without even breaking into pieces. Once placed in the shower stall and before the water hit the steamer disk, the lavender scent filled the shower stall. I continued to smell the lavender fragrance the entire shower and the steamer tablet is still almost completely intact. So, for shower steamers, this is one of the better ones with a lovely lavender scent.

Item: Spa For One Shower Steamers 15 Pack with Natural Eucalyptus Essential Oils I received a 15 pack of Eucalyptus shower steamers. The scent is strong but not overpowering in the shower. They come individually wrapped. They remind me of the ones I used as a kid when I had a cold. I'm not sure if I wanted to gift these I would chose the eucalyptus scent since it reminds me of medicinal purposes, but they're nice and work good. WIN!
