I’m trying this brand the wellness formula because I tried another brand that didn’t have as much nutrients for the body. My husband and I have been taking these for about a year now and are so happy with this product! There are so many homeopathic ingredients in it, that's what makes it so expensive. If you bought half of these ingredients individually you'd be spending more than you would be on this product. I recommended buying the one with 240 capsules. It's the most cost effective. I have had chest congestion and a productive cough and was feeling fine otherwise. I am surrounded by sick people (my kids nonstop coughs), and we have a trip coming up. I bought this on the night I suddenly felt way worse and had chills, body aches, sore throat, run down, post nasal drip, headaches.... So based on the high ratings and reviews, I bought on impulse. I must say the next morning after feeling the chills and ordering this, I did seem better except the cough. The chills etc were gone. Finally the next day (today) the bottle came. Bottle was sealed outside and in. It says take 6 caps per day for regular immune support or 6 every 3 hours for immune boost I suppose to knock out being sick. So I did take 6 at once and then I seemed to feel okay but 3 hours passed, I took 5. Now I have sore throat, post nasal drip, feel run down, headaches, body aches, and just awful, but no chills or feeling overwhelmed by being totally sick. More like I feel like my immune system got overstimulated and maybe this could be the Herx reaction when the germs die so quickly they flood the body with toxins and there's a feeling of feeling worse while actually the body is fighting the infection really hard and intense. Well that's what I hope is happening. Otherwise I went from feeling congested in my chest and coughing up phlegm all the time to feeling like I'm really awful. But no fever or chills or as bad as that night that motivated me to buy this stuff. I was taking vitamins, minerals, and herbal supplements when I got this, so I won't be taking those while taking this, as that would be too much. But I am on the fence if I should just switch back to my healthy supplementation before this or continue with this.... I didn't expect to feel worse, so I read all the bad reviews and no one mentioned it making them feel worse. In fact, I can't find anything other than it just being ineffective for some people and great for others. I think I'll pause on this and see how I feel in the morning. If I still feel bad, I may continue and see if it will knock it out fast. Last time I caught my kids' cough, I had the same congestion and coughing up phlegm and no other symptoms (feeling otherwise normal) for 3 weeks! And I hoped this formulation would help it end quicker esp in time for our family vacation in a few days. So is it working and producing a Herx reaction? Or am I just coincidentally getting worse the same day as beginning to take this? I only took 11 capsules total today. I'd be due for 6 more, but I'll pass on that and wait and see. Otherwise I don't notice any awful smell or stomach issues or heartburn like other reviews mentioned. But those were from 2018-2021 , so I hope things have changed since then. If you get sick often, this is what you need. It will get rid of it fast. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because if you have GERD, the taste comes back fast every time you burp. It burns.
