SoundTown is my 'go to' floor wedge. Powerful, relatively light, they sound thick and full, and the customer service is second to none. I've used them for years, and only ever had a couple issues that get handled fast and easy.

I bought the pair of 12" 500W Sound Towns. First one powers up and works fine. Audio is fine and power is adequate for garage rehearsals. The second monitor does not power up. Seller doesn't have a phone number so seems like you're forced to return and get a refund on the pair since there's no option to request a replacement for just one monitor of the set. Sample of 2, 50% failure rate out of the box. Guess I'll stick with Behringers when I need bargain monitors. These are so simple and basic there's no reason it can't be sturdy and reliable. Excellent service from the seller… FedEx delivered our packages to the wrong address and the seller provided prompt resolution when after FedEX was unable to locate them. We’ve only had them connected for one Sunday service at our church, but so far so good. Great sound and clarity! I've purchased this as a solution to add a monitor to a powered mixer setup at our church. It feeds audio to the keyboardist and the drummer who sit less than ten feet from the monitor. The bad: There are both volume and gain controls and I had to set both about 75% for the musicians who are less than ten feet from the monitor. At 300W peak, in our small church, this unit is very underpowered. The good: It gets the job done. If you require a powered monitor with a small footprint to augment your sound system, this will work. This is a decently manufactured item. The audio is clean and crisp. The bottom line: Would I buy this again? Yes. The price-point is fair, the quality is decent, the audio is not distorted, and it has features that would fit any sound system. ... show more
