Features

  • Cone - Made from polyurethane, the CG8D 8-inch car subwoofer provides a resilient and durable material that can offer great sound with the advantage of long-lasting subwoofers
  • Voice Coil - Dual voice coils will not produce more bass than a single voice coils. It is more about producing the right Ohm load for maximum efficiency from the amplifier that you are running. Ohms are a measurement of electrical resistance
  • Surround - Foam is very flexible, providing the subwoofer with higher efficiency. This also translates to better excursion. (How far the cone of a speaker linearly travels from its resting position)
  • Basket - A stamped basket can absorb and transfer much of the energy produced by the speaker. It has good corrosion resistance, good mechanical property, high thermal and electrical conductivity and retains strength at high temperatures.
  • Specs - Resonant frequency: 58 Hz, Sensitivity SPL (1W/1m): 87 Db, Impedance: 4 Ohms, Port frequency: 423 kHz, Dimensions: 8.5 x 8.5 x 4, Mounting Depth: 3.75, Mounting hole: 7.25, Weight: 3.6 Lbs.

Style: 8 Inch Subwoofer 800 Watts
I did just as it said and played it low for a few hours before giving it much juice. It replaced the jbl subwoofer in my 08 toyota sienna. I am very satisfied with it.

  • ,Exceptional quality ,durable construction, make sure to adequately "break it in. "
Style: 12 Inch Subwoofer 1200 Watts
for the price,Exceptional quality ,durable construction, just make sure to adequately "break it in. " on low to medium.. just put it in a box, and jam some bass testers on low volume with no gain for 3 hours... it helps allow the rubber poly to be more flexible.. , also.. since it is dual 4 ohm. Vc , connect the positive to the positive and negative to negative on the speaker with a short wire.. and it will run at 2 ohm. 600w Rms.. only do this if your amp is 2 ohm stable.. and you have an adequate size power wire . ... show more

Style: 8 Inch Subwoofer 800 Watts
The media could not be loaded. FOR THE PRICE I AM IMPRESSED.. i expected a junk speaker that barely hit. I put it on a 350 amp to be safe and it kills the amp. But it on a 700 and holley cow it drives hard. Hooked it to pair with my 12" jl and its staying up with it and making me think im going to try thier 12 now.. GREAT JOB.. ... show more

  • Well worth it
Style: 12 Inch Subwoofer 1200 Watts
Sub slaps. Have nothing bad to say about it. Maybe I'm one of the lucky ones. I'm running on a power acoustic 2500w amp in a small ported box tuned to 28hz and it sounds great.
