So these have become one of my favorite boots to wear. First of all, they have a wider toe box than most other boots out there, so your toes don’t get squished. It’s more natural feeling and that’s why I always grab these first! They’re also practical and have good grippy soles. Was able to hike while carrying a toddler, and navigate slippery rocks easily. These fit true to size, and did not require any break in time. I brought them on a trip in December and we had quite a bit of snow/rain. They really are waterproof - I was outside walking for at least 5 hours each day. And while not fleece lined, they were warm when paired with ski socks. I got the Moonstone/Sea salt color. They’re very cute. I have a low arch so most athletic shoes hurt my feet. These don’t have a super padded insole, but I wore them all day to a festival & my feet never hurt. This is my first pair of Sorel’s & they seem very well made. I was excited about this sneaker. Its very attractive, covers my ankles, and is waterproof- all things I wanted. Unfortunately, I think that Sorel's designer/engineer failed to realize that the length of an open-untied shoe while standing, is not the same length as a laced up ankle height sneaker when walking. As soon as you lace up the sneaker and walk in it, you lose about 1/4 inch in length. My toe would hit the front of the sneaker when I walked. I ordered a 9.5 and it did not fit. I kind of want to try a size 10 but I am afraid it won't fit, so I am still thinking about it. ... show more

I was so impressed! I wore this during a torrential rainstorm that I had to walk through - rain from above, giant puddles, etc - feet stayed completely dry! I was afraid the top would leak because you can feel the top being a little colder because it’s wet but my socks were completely dry. also nice roomy toe box and overall comfortable enough for my flat feet and not too big and clunky - the aesthetic/function is somewhere between a boot and a sneaker ... show more

The most comfortable walking shoes I have. It supports my feet. I have flat feet. Sometimes my feet gets tired. With these shoes, I don't have to worry about my ankle rolling. They look cute with jeans, sweats, and shorts. They're also easy to clean. Buy these shoes.
