I wear a medium width in all my other shoes but this felt too snug to be comfortable and had to return them. I ordered the rust red color and loved them. I'm a 8.5, somewhat wide, and the toe box on these boots fits perfectly. Also, I have a pin in one ankle from a bad break and these are truly the first pair of lace-up boots that I can wear without ankle pain! The suede is thin and very soft but accommodates a thicker sock. Not sure why the ones with a white sole were much cheaper than the other colors? Maybe they're supposed to be for summer, but I'm planning to wear in the winter, just not as snow boots. ... show more
