The media could not be loaded. This was very easy to install and the instructions were clear. It fits perfectly in my walk-in closet and lightweight to move of you want too, but yet sturdy enough that it doesn’t fall (mine isn’t drilled against the wall - which I highly recommend not to do that if you live in an apartment). Fact is I have a lot of clothes and 90% are in there, so it’s really full to the brim! Which is why, some of the box compartments may not look fully closed because of my clothes. The compartments are made out of some type of fabric, so they will bulge out if you put a lot inside. Other than that, I am pleased with my purchase.
