These swivel chairs were just what I wanted to use at an indoor table and a table on my lanai. My husband has mobility problems and these chairs make it much easier to sit at the table using his walker for transport. The problem was he could not easily move a chair forward to sit close enough at the table. These swivel chairs solved the problem. He just sits down and swivels the chair. The chairs are sturdy and attractive so problem solved. The only thing is the directions are just pictures and letters so it is difficult to figure out what goes where. It took me 5 to 6 hours to get all the bolts in the right place but I did it! I should mention I am a senior and did it by myself.

I am very satisfied with the purchase. The chairs were priced well, easy to assembly and are comfortable to sit in. This only issue I had was that one set of chairs was missing the hardware to assemble them, however the seller rapidly responded to my inquiry and provided the missing hardware very quickly. They also kept in touch to ensure everything went well. It was nice to deal with a company that takes their customer satisfaction seriously for a change.

I’m going to start off by saying that these are to die for! I’m currently sitting on the chair while writing this review and all I can say is that I love the whole concept of this chair. It has everything you could want. Its design is permeable allowing you to be able to use the chairs all year long. Now my favorite part, it rocks back and forth! I absolutely love that it allows you to rock back and forth. This was one of the many reasons I had bought this. I love that you can get comfortable in these chairs while knowing they can rock back and forth. It makes your experience all the better! Lastly, it also has a curved back rest. This is great for reducing back pain. It allows you to become comfortable and supplies a great space for your neck allowing pleasant rest space. This is worth all of my money. 100% will buy again.Take the chance to get comfy because im sure this chair will reach your expectations.

Tip: Search “assembly” comments before purchasing. In building these chairs, my husband and I (it sometimes took two of us) often thought the screws and holes weren’t quite aligned but it was more a matter of loosening screws, applying brute force to squeeze/wrench things into place, and then tightening the screws. It took us 4 hours to assemble these 2 chairs via the supplied Allen wrenches. (My husband requested an overnight break between the 2 assemblies.) Depending on how you value your time, maybe paying $200 to get the 2 chairs assembled would be worth it? These chairs are sturdy and look like their photos, but are also quite stiff, and I feel like I’m sliding forward slightly when sitting in them. I dug out some thin outdoor cushions to help with those things. The chairs swivel well, and you can tilt them back a bit but not much. There is a steel bar across the top where your head rests, if leaning back. Rain pools in the seats during a rainfall, but the fabric did dry off more quickly than other outdoor chairs we have. I miss my long-gone yard-furniture store in my town, where we were able to try out already-built chairs. The comfortable fabric on one of those chairs finally ripped after 22 years, so we went shopping online. We will get used to these chairs, as the memories of the old comfy ones fade, and they do look nice and swivel well. (The same day we also purchased the brown bistro table in the photos, and constructing that took about 30 minutes, restoring our faith that we CAN build things. It turns out to be a bit too high for the chairs, however, but that is my fault for not paying closer attention to the measurements!)

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced on Amazon. We purchased 6 chairs and the color does not even come close to matching the color in the Amazon listing. On top of that, the seat height is very low (so low that even my 6'2" father cannot comfortably sit in the chair and eat a meal at the patio table. The company refuses to pay return shipping (but you will notice that their return policy is very vague in their listing so their listing). We spent over $800 on 6 chairs and now we are stuck with them since it would cost us $450 to ship them back. Buyer Beware! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER!

I bought these chairs about 4 weeks ago as we just bought a house and needed something to sit outdoors during few sunny days we get in this area. Surprisingly the package arrived much earlier than originally expected which was nice! First of all, the best thing is that this chair took only about 15-20 minutes each to put together, instructions are basic but do the job of explaining with pictures. The only thing I would recommend is that don't tighten all the screws when putting the side handles and back piece, leave them little loose. I learnt that when I was putting my first one together as you do need little bit of wiggle room to get the screws in holes. Once you have all the screws in, then tighten all of them. Also, recommend using a rachet handle instead of the provided L-shaped key. Super comfortable and made of good quality. Very sturdy....my son is 6.2' and 240+ lbs and had no issues sitting in it and the chair swiveled nicely. I am going to order some more to make it a full set of 4 (instead of just 2) as I really like them. Highly recommend!
