Truck worked great until we ran into a battery issue. Customer service with this company identified the issue and replaced the battery with no additional cost. Build quality otherwise is excellent. The remote control connects easily and controls the vehicle very well. One thing that helps with the remote is to hit forward in rapid succession to bring the truck to a slow halt rather than a rapid halt that it will otherwise come to if you let off the forward button. You will not get stuck with this vehicle it has excellent traction able to climb steep wet grassy surfaces no problem. Dumping bed works great. Ours broke about six weeks after purchasing. Seller said don’t worry they’ll make sure everything is fine. That was a lie. We tried their “troubleshooting” multiple times and it doesn’t work. The thing is broken. Doesn’t move at all on full charge. They say we can’t get a refund or return because it’s past the 30 days window. They’re screwing us. This was my son’s xmas present. Now it just sits in the garage collecting dust and we’re out $500. Unbelievable. We are contacting better business bureau and Amazon in the hopes they finally make this right. Do not buy. Go elsewhere. I never write negative reviews but in this case I was left with no other option. Very frustrated and feel ripped off. ... show more

My husband and I purchased this for my daughter for her first birthday, I liked this one because it has the remote so we can drive her around. I also love the dump bed option, it is way too cute! However, we got it and she was able to play with it for her party but then for afterwards it kept shutting off after about 2-5 seconds even on a full charge. I reached out to the service department and they were very responsive, they helped me troubleshoot it and then ended up sending me a new battery. The car is back up and running and my daughter is loving it!! I would recommend it! ... show more

Edited-1/17/24 We received a new charging harness from the company & so far the 6x6 toy is running correctly. I will give them 4 stars for everything because having to wait for correspondence in this day when everything is done almost instantly to me is ridiculous. If we had talked via text or phone, this would have been a more bearable experience. Otherwise, the length of time it took for us to receive the product replacement, install it, my little one waited over two weeks to be able to try it out again. So far he’s very happy and so are we. Just like so many reviews, the car stopped working. It seems to have something defective they haven’t fixed. Starts, than stops after a few seconds. It’s not fair that a toy company where you buy with these prices and size, will continue to sell defective equipment. My little one was so excited to get up the day after Christmas thinking that it was just a dead battery yesterday, trying to patiently wait for a five-year-old a whole day for the battery to charge and then to get up the next morning and get dressed and go outside and find out it’s still doing the same thing. It breaks a parents heart when we see our little ones be so disappointed. If it’s something that just happens we try to make them understand, but as adults that know that a company is deliberately selling defective equipment it’s very maddening. I have contacted the company through Amazon, and FB and trying to patiently wait for some kind of response. According to Amazon I have to wait up to 48 hours. For a five year old this is a century. I hope we get better results than other people seem to have had according to reviews. I will contact whomever I need to contact to make sure that this company will honor their product. I’m hopeful. My original review I had an issue with the vehicle after 1st use. I would usually never change a review from 1 star to a 5 star, but this was an unusual event that lead to the best response, support and correction of an issue. The vehicle is outstanding in appearance and functionality. The original issue was actually with the battery and not the vehicle. SOPBOST responded to my review and request for support the next day. Within a few emails and a few tests, it was determined the battery was faulty. They sent a new battery over immediately and the vehicle is working perfectly. I would absolutely recommend SOPBOST and will gladly purchase future items from them just from the superior professional support and experience. ... show more

Worked great at first. 4 months later won’t stay on. Battery is fine. Something wrong with the on/off switch. Contacted the company and they said they were going to send new piece. That was 3 months ago , still nothing. Wouldn’t recommend.

This is the most amazing thing! We purchased this for our sons 3rd birthday. The controls are simple enough for him or we can control it with the included controller. We had a slight hiccup with shipping - it was shipped in 2 boxes and fedex marked it delivered after only delivering one. The seller was quick to reassure me that the other part of the shipment would arrive asap and it arrived the next evening. Overall we are floored by this truck and our son can’t stop talking about his super cool truck. It has lights, built in music, Bluetooth connectivity, power dump bed, it even tells stories! The tools this came with broke trying to put this together because they’re plastic socket wrenches. I rode my kids around in it for a few weeks all together due to this horrible weather in California. Even though it was properly stored in a container, it still broke. The radio stopped working and one day when I replaced the battery in the remote, I took them to my front yard and the steering wheel locked when I performed a simple turn. I tried to manually turn it and if I pulled any harder I would have broken it. Atp I just want my money back. That’s $420 that wasn’t priced to its worth.
