I wanted this specific one due to the remote control feature. However our remote recently stopped working so I messaged the seller about our concerns. The seller replied within minutes and is sending us a new remote being that my daughter isn’t old enough to drive the car on her own. Bought this for our grandson in early July and he hasn’t left it alone since! Love that it has a remote for parents that over rides the child’s driving 😂 each wheel has a motor so no need to worry about getting stuck, this thing actually climbed the couch so parental supervision is a must inside or out. Love that you can Bluetooth to the radio, and stays charged for days. Customer service is spot on.. the parental remote was lost a few weeks after getting it. I got a hold of customer service and expected to wait days before hearing back… not the case, I received an email within an hour, not only that there were a few back and forth questions which also were answered back immediately. Very impressive as now a days you don’t find many customer services helping you without moving at a crawls pace. Great company

We bought this as a Christmas gift for my 1.5 year old in 2022 it’s now October 2023 so not even a year later and we only used it a handful of times and it no longer works. It charges, but you push the remote control or foot pedal and it will not move. Contacted the company and they stated the battery is charging (based on the radio numbers) but I may have to replace the board?! It’s been less than a year and not much use?!?!?! Maybe 5-10 uses because we got it so my daughter could use it this summer! How?! I would take your money to a different company! Not only that but it came cracked so I sent them a picture of it because my husband glued it, and they sent me back 27$?! That should have been my first sign to get my money back

The car I a great car. It is well built and easy to assemble. We use the cars for a party rental business. We have over 10 cars. We will not buy another car. It works great. We have had great response from the company, 5 ****** is not enough stars.

He loves it and really loves the fact he can listen to music with the USB port . He has been on it for 2 days straight. And I've been able to get yard work done since he's occupied with his new ride. The only thing he wishes is it would go faster lol little speed demon For the price quality is good and the only trouble I had putting it together was getting the steering wheel to pop in at first.

We bought this for our daughter for Christmas but since it's been so cold, we waited until last week to give it to her for her birthday. Our of the box, the left wheel would make a clicking/ squealing sound. We've used it for about a total of 12 hours. My husband looked at it and the gear inside the gear box was cracked. I messaged the seller and they were SUPER RESPONSIVE and got a new part out to me the next day. I would definitely purchase again. Excellent seller.

We purchased this gift for our 18month old grandson at the time. It was ideal because it had a remote. He loved it!!! Unfortunately the remote capability stopped working less than 2 months after our purchase. Reached out to the vendor, they sent a new remote but it didn't resolve the issue. Regrettably they didn't offer any further assistance. :-( to help resolve the turn functionality not working with the remote. My grandson is now almost 2. Still frustrating don't have remote capability because he is still not ready to maneuver the steering on his own. Instead I have to run behind him as the remote does not work for turns... only forward and reverse which is not helpful as he likes to ride through the yard in all directions. I was really excited about the purchase; but much disappointment in the vendor support. I would like to think we got a "defect" (that happens) and the product generally is more sustainable, but I will never know as the vendor didn't reach out for further assistance. Be mindful of the vendor support if you decide to purchase this product. You are pretty much on your own with resolving any problems that may arise!!!!!!
