Update: I added two stars to my previous review of one star…. But it’s still not a 5 star review. After getting in touch with the seller, they provided us first with a refund for a part we needed to order which we did. It was only a $10 part. We replaced that, and it didn’t fix it. After additional back and forth, they sent us an $18 refund to purchase the mother board. This made the car work but then it began smoking and getting hit. At this point we felt like it was unsafe. Then after requesting a full refund, they compromised and said they would send us a replacement car. Which took about two months to get here. When it finally arrived, they actually only sent half the car and they said: “Do you keep the original car? You can use the parts in the box A to repair the original car.” 😒 okay then. So we did that much to my husbands annoyance but in the end he did find the problem and it was a burned motor on the wheel. So after 4 months of it not working or only working sporadically, it’s finally been working well and we have t seemed to have any other issues. Just incredibly frustrating and annoying. But at least the seller responded and made it somewhat right. We gave this to our son for Christmas. He had a tractor last year that lasted about 8-9 months with pretty much daily use. We spent almost $500 on this thinking it would be better built and would last a bit longer…. WRONG. After less than 3 months of use, it’s completely quit working… we’ve purchased a new battery and motor part thinking that would fix the problem but it hasn’t. I’ve contacted the seller so we’ll see if it’s attempted to be made right but we still should not be having issues on something that cost so much. Cheap plastic junk for $500 ridiculous. Also, it’s kind of heavy so it’s not as fast as his previous tractor despite being the same battery voltage. Such a shame. We have 14 acres of property and we can’t find a decent battery powered vehicle our son can ride on.

When I put the vehicle together the right front front electric motor didn't work. I messaged the company on the contact list from the owners manual. The new motor was replaced free of charge. I installed a secondary 12v lithium 20 amphr battery. If you look next to the provided battery it has room for a secondary. I figured it would die faster with it being 4wd. If you want the toy car to last don't use milwaukee batteries they will trash the electric motors. Totally recommend.

I never write reviews on Amazon but the customer service deserves one. We bought this for our son for his birthday. He is obsessed. We live on a ranch so the terrain is hard for all play car, this one rides around with no problem. A few months after getting it one of the wheels stopped turning but I contacted customer service and they send a new part to fix it right away. Would definitely recommend this product!

Drives ok, 4wd is only the back, the music is whack not sure how to play your own yet, the horn plays music instead of a horn. The tail gate flops out, it's still pretty cool and fairly strong. My ole lady cab drive it around with our son. The 4wd in back helps alittle bit but the tires suck and there's not muchtorque like I've seen other new cars. Could use a little more juice but overall it's OK

Wish it had 3 speeds.. maybe one you could set once the kids are a little older, more powerful. Even the fastest speed seems slow. Remote control is an awesome idea, I actually use it to drive my kids around. Battery seems decent so far but we haven't used it alot yet. Had a few issues hooking part of it up to make it run. The cords were hidden very well. Eventually got that resolved.

This is the second SOPBOST ride on car I purchase. Unfortunately, the both had an early demise. Selections are limited in the world of 2 person ride on toys with a remote control but for the price you would expect much better durability. When new the batter life is awesome and the toy does everything it says it will do. BUT the clock starts ticking. How long till you need a new battery, the remote quits connecting, the car stops charging or whatever else can go wrong. Loved the car just doesn't last.

I accidently entered an order for this truck with the wrong payment used. My Fault. Amazon helped correct this problem immediatly. Sopbost entered an return instantly. there was no mix up no back and forth problem solved. As for the truck all the parts were there. Worked great even went up wet grass hill and my grandson loved it. Very sturdy it also has a radio/music player he bops to the music as he drives along. this truck is well built and worth the money spent.
