This is a great project. The pieces fit together nicely. The directions are easy to follow, except for the electrical. I was not sure where the lights actually went, so I had to find a video to help. The touch switch for the lights also did not work as stated in the directions. I was able to figure out a different way to hide the switch and have it work just as easily. The finished product is beautiful.

Followed the directions and tested the electronics, after putting together most of the build the ring light stopped working. This one requires significantly more glue than my last build and the instructions leave much to be desired. The light quality is low unfortunately.

I’ve built many a book nook and this one was by far the worst. There wasn’t a lot of parts or anything but the problem was the double doors in the front weren’t lining up correctly and I ended up snapping key pieces. I was at the last step and was trying to connect the back, top, and sides together and it kept slipping and smashing. It was very flimsy regardless of how gentle I was. I’ve built, destroyed, rebuilt up until the last step, then destroyed AGAIN just to rebuild and glue what I could. This project was extremely frustrating. But it’s completed to the best of my ability even though it’s an absolute rigged up disaster. This is the 7th one in my collection and it made me rethink if I ever even wanted to build one of these things again.
