Item was delivered quickly and arrived in good shape. Left controller developed stick drift and a replacement was offered. Would seek out for future purchases.

    • Proximity Sensor Malfunction, Restocking Fee?!
Unit not packed in original packaging, overlooked because it was a refurb. Proximity sensor defective per Sony tech support; system in endless loop of "put headset on and follow instructions in headset view", inside headset view said "remove headset and follow directions on screen". Would not cycle past this point, never made it to defining boundary area. Spent several hours on chat and phone with Sony support. Diagnosed issue, stated there is no fix for a malfunctioning proximity sensor and to return. Requested refund from seller, seller approved. Packed unit up in exact same method as received and shipped back. Have since been charged a $75 restocking fee even though unit was not functioning properly. Buyer beware. ... show more
