Refurbished? Not tested. Item would not calibrate or pass initialization phase. Crashed or shut down after eye tracking tests. Not pleased. Chintzy bubble wrap. Again…. I’ve had tons of good experience worth refurbished items. This one is an absolute no.

All items and the device received in great looking condition except for which was expected, the original box was a bit beaten, but no complaints there. Initial opereation or the VR joysticks was a bit unnerving because all buttons worked but some buttons wouldnt work with certain games. Found the easy fix was to unpair them reset them with a small pin and repair them with the PS5. After which everything worked better and as expected. One other small thing which was quickly fixed with a microfiber lens cloth was the lenses were obviously touched by hands somewhere along the line and had smears of fingerprint or something oily on them. Wiped away fairly easy and no other issues found. Looking for the best game to go with the VR2? Check out No Mans Sky its literally mindblowing on tv but even better in VR. ... show more

I returned this POS immediately. Mine would not stay connected to my PS5 because of how it connects in the front. The connection was loose and my console was not the issue! Go read online about the thousands of other people who had this same issue. Complete garbage in my opinion which hurts to say because Sony makes great PS consoles and accessories. ... show more
