Perfect! Everything came in the box except instructions but I just printed them offline so no biggie! Everything works and looks like brand new! Kids are still using it to this day!

Good renewed product
The headset and controllers came completely clean and undamaged (pretty good for renewed), but the headset didn't come entirely in the original packaging and the part that it did come with was dirty and had hair in it, so you get what you pay for, I guess.

Unusable and cheap
Just plain awful, shipping was late, headset felt wobbly and had a faulty connection wire, making it unusable without a pricy repair. If you want to buy one, buy it new, could just be unlucky, but waste of time and money still.

Renewed as good as new
All items and the device received in great looking condition except for which was expected, the original box was a bit beaten, but no complaints there. Initial opereation or the VR joysticks was a bit unnerving because all buttons worked but some buttons wouldnt work with certain games. Found the easy fix was to unpair them reset them with a small pin and repair them with the PS5. After which everything worked better and as expected. One other small thing which was quickly fixed with a microfiber lens cloth was the lenses were obviously touched by hands somewhere along the line and had smears of fingerprint or something oily on them. Wiped away fairly easy and no other issues found. Looking for the best game to go with the VR2? Check out No Mans Sky its literally mindblowing on tv but even better in VR. ... show more

Good Product
I came into this with high expectations, considering it's one of the best VR headsets available right now, especially because of the price. Not gonna lie, I was a little let down at first. Wanted a bit more clarity through the lenses, my left controller's L2 button was randomly spazzing out in-game for some reason, so I did a complete reset using the small hole at the side of the controller and that seems to have fixed it. Once you get the IPD and sweet spot perfect, for me, it's an 8.6/10 VR experience. ... show more

Best Quality/Price VR headset
Best deal ever for PSVR2. I find PS5 + PSVR2 the way to go for practical high quality VR. Forget about wasting your time on PCVR and a bigger price tag for the needed PC rig to run the modern games.
