I recently bought a new iphone 17 Pro Max, my previous phone was a 12 Pro Max. Because the newer iphones use USB-C (finally), my old wired apple headphones weren't going to work as they still used the lightning port. Now I don't use headphones frequently, so I really couldn't justify spending the cash on wireless airpods. Bud there are times when I do use headphones. These Sony headphones sound good enough (comparable to the apple branded wired headphones), are easy to wear, inexpensive, and come in colors that match the iphone 17 lineup. I never leave reviews but this product is so bad I felt it was necessary. The sound quality is absolutely terrible. It might actually have to improve to be terrible. The build quality is garbage. Thin rubber feeling wire that tangles constantly and has already broken. I typically use them about twice a week and their already falling apart after maybe a dozen total uses. I needed a pair of wired headphones while on a trip and didn't want to invest in something expensive but also didn't want something so cheap that it'd be a waste of money. I chose these based on the Sony name brand being reliable and I think they're good enough quality for the price point. I also liked the cute color options. The only thing I'd warn of is how thin the cord is, so you might have to be a bit careful depending on how/where you're intending to use them but again, for the price point I think it's fine. Since returning home where I have my usual array of devices, I still will take them on trips to use in case my wireless earbuds run out of battery and so I think they're a good backup option to have. ... show more
