    • I have shot to test some in and outdoor and vedio or voice recording quality is extremely good and stable
I ordered with one day shipping option and package arrives in few hours(very impressive) When i was ordering a handycam i compared many low cost option with different features , in same price i could order any 4k ultra one but in reality the picture quality and reality of those features are a big doubt . This Sony's model ,i gave it a shot even it does not say 4k or wifi or night vision etc but here is the reall results . I have shot to test some in and outdoor and vedio or voice recording quality is extremely good and stable , video recording is HD and will give you the reall of of image stability. Also when i connected it with TV to play , the vedio quality is great on TV. Accessories wise , there are tons inside the box , i counted approx 4 batteries where you need only one , travel charger option is there and very good, tripod , micro sd card and card reader , lens clearing gadgets , carrying bag etc. For the price under 300 , I am very much satisfied for the value in return. ... show more

This camera is extremely easy to use and compact. It has great features(Some I have not even tried yet) but the zoom is the most amazing thing along with clarity of picture. I truly was not expecting to get such a high-quality product.

Video quality is exactly what I was looking for. The only thing that caught me off guard was the amount of extra batteries. I thought this bundle came with only 2 batteries for the camera, and so I thought to order another pack for back ups for when I take a long trip. However, this comes with on battery packaged with the camera, and 2 spares. Dont mod understand, this is not a complaint, so now I have a total of 5 batteries and the life on them is amazing, I still haven't completely drained the first one. ... show more

This is a great bundle for someone new to making their own videos. I got it for my daughter and it comes with everything that you need to start your journey to movie making. The camcorder itself works really well. It is very small, it can fit in one hand, it is also very light, I was expecting something bulkier since I am apparently from the stone ages when camcorders were huge. This thing is small, which is good because it means that you can fit everything that you need in the little bag it comes with in this package. ... show more

I recently used this camcorder at my aunt and uncle's 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration!!! The quality of the pictures and videos were much better than expected. I like that the device is lightweight and easy to operate. The one thing I would change is the way you scroll through your pictures and video, but I will get used to it over time. Overall, the price for everything included is amazing! I would recommend this camcorder to others who are amateur photographers looking to capture precious moments in life. ... show more

    • Laptop doesn't see the camera
The cable or the camera is bad, the camera isn't even showing up when I plug it into my laptop It's not my port because my TV comes up when I plug it in. I guess I'll order another cable and hope for the best, I can't afford a more expensive camera, this is the second camera I've had this issue with but it was a different brand. I'll update my rating if anything changes, this is too much work. UPDATE: I bought a new cable and my laptop still did not see the camera, I tried this and my other camera that I had this same issue with, so I'm getting a SD card reader to transfer the files. I really don't know how good the picture is with this camera, but it's not a very sturdy feeling piece of equipment. I have another camera i bought a couple years ago, had the same problem, but it's a much better built camera, so I'll be using it now and not this Sony. I'll have to just review my videos on the camera & then load them with the card reader, live and learn. I can't get my money back and I DO NOT recommend this camera, but I figured out a way around the problem I had, so I'm not going to let the negative experience take up room in my head because the days are long but the years are short. ... show more
