Really love this unit overall. Plenty of flash patterns and the cord is long enough to mount it on the roof near the rear of my Explorer while plugged into the dash. Suction cups covering strong magnet arrays means it stays on at speed, even in strong crosswinds at 80mph. Have left it on the car in pouring rain and snow, even parked overnight in a thunderstorm, and it’s never failed to work. Bought this in 2021 and have used it a lot for delivery — better visibility and it somehow makes whatever I’m driving look somehow official. Nobody bats an eye when I park weird for two minutes. My single complaint is that the suction cups can come off (though not too easily) and I lost one. Using it sparingly until I figure out a solution to cover the magnets bc they will wear through the paint eventually. Anyone know how I can get a replacement suction cup or two for this thing? ... show more

I have had this unit installed now since 16 August 2020, outside 24x7 on top of my truck, the clear cover is starting to weather and get that frosty look, like car headlamps often do, just rain and UV, impossible to defeat, it is what it is. The LEDs are still just as bright as day one, works perfectly, none of the elements have failed and it has no internal condensation, as the video states, there is a built-in condensate valve to allow trapped moisture to escape.     • Best budget truck cab strobe light! Can't be beat!

After unboxing I was surprised to feel the heft of the product compared to some of the single strobe options we have on our other trucks. The first test is always the placement and this ASPL Strobe vacuumed itself out of my hands to the truck cab. It took considerable effort to reposition the light after it first adhered. Very impressive. We took the truck down the highway and through the carwash, and the light didn't budge. The lights are impressive and bright, and we really like the solid option choices. When we were out using the light it kept other vehicles yards away when they passed. The same is not said for the single yellow lights - people just aren't as respectful, and that makes the difference. The power cord is very long, over 15 feet. I can run the power, then under the dashboard, up the trim, and out the molding, and I still have several feet of power cable left over. It is not in the way and cannot be tripped over. I like the on/off switch at the outlet. Most other lights have this as well, but the LED in the plug is bright enough that I can easily tell the strobe light is on. It also has memory function, so the setting I choose is the same the next time I power it on! Customer service is also great! When I had a question about the light, they were quick to answer and resolve any concerns. I am happy to run this light on my work truck, and I'll be buying another one for my next work truck.
