  • Not good.
Color: Black
Not a real instrument, maybe a quality toy at best. This will NEVER actually be playable. No truss rod so the neck has major bow, and the nut cannot be cut deep enough to prevent the strings from jumping out of the slots. It cannot play in tune due to above mentioned issues, even though the open strings can be tuned, as soon as a note is fretted the nut slot issue and extreme high action from the bowed neck throw everything out. Do not buy for beginners or anyone actually wanting to learn, the frustration of this toy will make them quit before they ever really get started. ... show more

  • Toy, Not a Functional Instrument
Color: Shell Pink
This a a very nice looking toy but not a functional instrument. It’s looks the part, but the frets are all uneven, so the action has to be crazy high. The nut wasn’t cut correctly, so any chord pulled sharp, beyond recognition. Sent back and spent more for a guitar that is actually a musical instrument. ... show more

  • Nice kids guitar
Color: Shell Pink
I'm pleasantly surprised by how well made this inexpensive guitar is. While it's simple, as a child's starting guitar should be, it is really solid. Even though it's solid, they were able to make it relatively light. It turned right up out of the box and maintained it's tuning after a good 30 minutes of playing. This will be a Christmas gift for our Granddaughter and I can't wait to see her play it. I would recommend this guitar to a child between 5-11, who is just starting to learn. ... show more

Great color and size. What you see is what you get. Heavier than expected, which is good. The strings sound beautiful when tuned. It made our boy so happy to see it and play on it. I recommend this to anyone looking for a little guitar for their yound one.

  • Solid Youth Guitar That Feels Like the Real Deal Solid Youth Guitar That Feels Like the Real Deal
Color: Black
I picked this up figuring it would be a little smaller, but it’s actually closer to a 3/4 size guitar. Think of it like this: it’s not a ukulele, but it’s also not a regular full-size guitar. For reference, when I set it next to the Epiphone Les Paul, it looks almost like a “mini-me” version. The action is decent, and while the fretboard is definitely more compact than a full-size, it’s not a deal breaker. It tops out at 21 frets, which isn’t going to matter unless you’re expecting your kid to bust out some Eddie Van Halen solos on day one. Build/Finish: This was surprisingly good. The guitar is very light, almost feels like it could be made of plastic or Styrofoam, but it still has that solid wood feel. The body doesn’t flex, the edges are smooth, and the paint/finish looks like a real guitar rather than a toy. Playability: The smaller frets will take some adjusting if you’re used to full-size necks, but for kids or beginners, it actually makes playing and learning a lot easier. It’s a good stepping stone before transitioning to a standard-sized guitar. Tuning Stability: Took a little effort to dial it in, but once tuned it stayed put through about an hour of playing. Nothing loosened or drifted. Strings will probably stretch like usual, but it's mechanically sound. Sound Quality: It has a single humbucker pickup, and it does its job well. Harmonics come through, little pick scratches are picked up, and overall the sound is clean enough to keep a new player interested. Hardware: Very simple setup with one pickup and one knob. No frills, nothing complicated. The knob turns easily with adult hands, but it’s straightforward enough for kids too. Value: Honestly, this is a great value for a starter. I’d rank it above some of the youth acoustics I’ve bought for my kids. For size reference, I’d say it’s best for kids around 6–10 years old, maybe up to 12 if they’re on the smaller side. Bottom line, if you want something that feels and sounds like a real guitar, scaled down for a younger player, this one is perfect! ... show more

  • Don't buy it. The scale length is cut wrong on the neck
Color: Shell Pink
The frets are in the wrong locations on the neck. Meaning you can tune the guitar to EADGBE and then when you fret ANY note it's 30 to 40 cents sharp in pitch. Even after adjusting the intonation, truss rod and other things. I believe the bridge is not correctly loacted on the body. Again. I'm sending this guitar 🎸 back. It's not a playable instrument. I have owned over 100 other guitars.. this one will not cut it for a beginner guitar for my niece. ... show more
