This game is Mid. Expect Mid Gameplay- The gameplay gets very repetitive after the first hour and begins to play as a button masher. Controlling sonic and running is pretty fun, but it breaks my immersion that sonic doesn’t have momentum it’s hard to build up real speed unless if the rails are used. Cyberspace Levels control like crap, but I found fun getting S rank’s in most of the levels . Bosses, worst thing in the game and way to overhyped. The camera loses its mind when a fight happens. also it’s boring fighting the bosses as super sonic because all of the fights consist of us Music that’s just screaming and blocking and pressing square. Visuals- Amazing looking game, but the open zones looks like a test level with all of the rails and springs place randomly and out of place. It should be noted the maps repetitive. These are all the islands in the nutshell grass, sand, volcano , grass,and grass. Story- boring, I skip most of the cut scenes because it’s just sonic standing talking to a character. Voice acting- GOD ITS TERRIBLE, THE ENGLISH IS SO BAD. Sonic, knuckles, tails, Amy, and sage. SWITCH TO JAPANESE ITS WAY BETTER, and this is coming from a dub guy. Villains- Sage sucks, all she do is go near sonic and say a sentence or two like “who do you keep trying” or “how will you beat it”. Most overrated sonic character in the games, infinite is infinitely better then her. I highly prefer getting the game under $30
