Please allow me to share my horrific experience with Egretech. I ordered this solar generator on December 15th with a delivery date of December 22, enough time for Christmas. Friday the 22nd comes and goes and no delivery was made. After performing my needed research, the station delivery date was bumped back to December 29, after Christmas. Considering the power station's purpose was to be the main gift for a loved one, I was extremely unhappy about this revelation. Contacting the self-proclaimed "excellent customer service" through Egretech, I was left even more upset with their reply. Like so many businesses and individuals in present day America, Egretech blamed the delay solely on FedEx, the delivery service. Considering that Egretech is responsible for hiring FedEx, partial blame should lay at the feet of Egretech as well. Anyway, moving forward, I ultimately received the power station and it works as directed, at first. The station charges quickly, is light, and provides the needed power output to power most home appliances. About two months after my purchase, the original power station continually showed an E30 error code while charging. This error code prevents the unit from fully charging. An Egretech representative did switch out the faulty unit with a brand new power station. Like the original defunct power station, the second unit worked splendidly...at first. Now after about two months with the replacement model, the second unit is now providing the same E30 error code as the original station. It is obvious there is something wrong with the technology of these power stations. When all is said and done, I will not order any other equipment from Egretech. This experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth.
