I am missing a corner plug, at first I thought maybe it fell out of the box but I seached and never found it. I called the support line and haven't gotten a reply. Hopefully they return my call and this gets rectified. the first time I used it I didnt have a heavy load and it was ok, but now its very annoying when the inner section is always popping off in that one corner. other than that its well made and handles the tasks I need it for. just be weary and hopefully my issue is a fluke. I attached photos of the missing piece (from another corner) and the spot in question imagine pulling the cart and stopping every few feet because the corner pops off.
