The rack is not as sturdy as I thought it would be. When I removed the pieces from the package, one of the metal bars on the side forming the X design had become unwelded from the adjoining piece. While I intended this to be used in the pantry to store food on, I am afraid it cannot be used for that purpose. I will have to put a small bookcase there instead and utilize this rack somewhere else. Now with all of that being said, it is a neat concept. It gives the option of putting either feet or wheels on it. The wheels do lock, and for using the feet, a strap is supplied so that it can be anchored to the wall. It is a smaller rack that will serve light needs. It can be useful as a rolling condiment cart or coffee cart without any issues. Using this as an impromptu TV stand for my friend's Patti. Nice thing about it having wheels is that the roomba can go under it easy. Easy to assemble. It looks nice, and being metal discourages my friend's cats from scratching.we put a large piece wood on the top to act as a flat shelf.

I loved it. Except it had some damage. The box was fine. There were a couple dents. A couple side pieces I had to stretch to get them to fit . Other than that , went together easy and pretty fast really.
