The media could not be loaded. Everything came packaged to prevent scratches so that was nice. It was fairly simple to assemble, took about 30 minutes myself to do it. Just screwing the pieces together takes a little time. I did contact because I had a duplicate part and they asked to contact instead of return and they were fast about responding and sending the right part. I really do like the light on it because we use it in my daughters room and it works as a night light. That was sticky 3m tape and easy to put on. It is VERY NICE to have the power on the unit itself. Super convenient for that and I am getting something similar for my room too. It is cloth drawers but they seem pretty sturdy and a decent drawer. I know not all are built the same. I have had really bad cloth storage before and these are far from it. These are nice and will hold up a lot better, they also have the hard handle you attach to it and that makes for easy pull out. You can adjust the feet so that you are level which is handy. Exactly as expected size wise. Bought it to hold my daughter’s art supplies so her desk isn’t so cluttered. Some of the holes seemed slightly too small but after some work I was able to get the screws in. The led strip comes in a roll and you have to stick it on yourself and the adhesive came off on the roll not the led strip so I had to peel just the adhesive off. Easy to put together.
