One week prior to Christmas, I unpacked a tablecloth I planned to use only to find it sustained a stain when packed away last season I couldn’t budge. With guests coming, I had to find something quickly. I admit when I buy linen, I like a pure linen in table linens; cotton-linen blends don’t stand up to washing and use nearly as well. Linen is very stable and long-lasting when taken care of. I was delighted when this arrived on time, and in this glorious green! The fabric was crisp and draped so beautifully. It was easy to steam iron and put over a highly-recommended table pad I’d also purchased on Amazon. The tablecloth remained on through the new year, and with a quick brushing each use, provided needed color and beauty to our decor. There really isn’t anything better than a dressed table! We dined on it, played cards and board games, and it never failed to receive a compliment. I had some complimentary, seasonal linen hemstitched napkins that went perfectly with this tablecloth. Otherwise, it’s essential to people like me to have something that matches available when I purchase a tablecloth. Perhaps the option to price these together could be imagined. I would not hesitate to buy more pieces from Solino Home, and am looking toward Spring to select another color! For those who shy away from linen for tabletop, bed linens or clothing: Yes—it’s supposed to crease and wrinkle. That’s the nature of linen, even adds character. But nothing feels as rich as linen, and nothing drapes as beautifully as it, either. Just enjoy the fact you’ve selected a natural fiber that with good care should serve you nicely for life. I have purchased some much more spendy brands of table linens. They may have Italian names, but the fabric itself is now sourced in Eastern Europe. These measure up to the more premium-priced ones. The quality of this linen tablecloth was extraordinary! The fabric was the perfect weight to drape gracefully at the table corners; the thread's weave was consistent throughout the cloth, while still maintaining the classic linen texture. This quality allows the tablecloth to transition from a casual look to a more formal presentation, so it is a wonderfully flexible piece to add to one's linen collection. Although Solino's products are more costly than I would usually spend on such items, once the tablecloth arrived, I realized it was truly a lifetime investment. I can even imagine my grandchildren using this tablecloth on their own holiday table settings one day. I love this tablecloth and have two now. The only reason I didn't give it a five rating is, being linen it is hard to iron and when it is cleaned (machine) comes out very wrinkled. However, I have linen clothes that do the same but I don't care because I love linen. This tablecloth looks elegant on the table. I would recommend one.     • Great quality in a hard to find tablecloth size

If I could give this tablecloth six stars, I would. The cloth is a medium weight linen with beautifully sewn corners and hemming. It is a charcoal grey with subtle white and darker grey slubs. it looks great with white and silver table accents, and being a neutral color, would also accessorize well with red napkins, and wooden table pieces. Instructions say machine wash but not tumble dry. I hung it, folded, on a hanger in my laundry room for a half day after washing, and ironed it when it was 90% dry. It was very easy to iron, and there was no apparent shrinkage or hem warping to be seen when I re-set the table with this tablecloth. Seems worthwhile to go to extra step of ironing when preparing special meals for special people. I would buy this again without hesitation. I wish the hard to find 60X90 size which I purchased came in additional colors like olive green, and medium blue/gray. Good job, Solino Home. I would have loved to giving this linen tablecloth five stars, because it truly is the color and material that I was looking for however, at this price point, I was extremely disappointed that the round table cloth had Seams in a 70 round ,if I had to had time would have returned, and found one that didn’t it cheapens the look! I had intended to buy more colors, but now will pass. It is a lovely shade of pink. Price point just too high considering it had this seams. ... show more
