Works for batteries that have vent caps, not sealed. Using eye safety goggles is advisable when adding product to battery. I've used this additive several times over the past twenty years to revive auto batteries, especially when vehicle sits for many days and is not driven causing battery drain.

I got an electric pallet jack from an auction but the battery wouldn't take a charge. I was quite worried about having to spend another 1500 dollars on something that already cost me a lot. But this stuff now has this battery sitting at 3/4 power after just 24 hours in the battery. I couldn't be happier at this point. I had previously left this thing charging for a couple days at a time and it wouldn't take a charge at all. Now it's actually holding at 3/4 power and that's just after 5 hours of charging. I'm so happy right now. Well worth the money!!!! I will be adding this to every one of the batteries in the warehouse and even the cars and trucks. This is crazy the difference this has made. This does not work for dead batteries. I even went about the full cleaning of the battery using baking soda and fresh acid in combination with this rejuvenating solution. I know it is not guaranteed but it was a little disappointing on a brand new battery that just sat in storage for years.

Had a battery metering at 10.3 after full charge. Figured I’d give this a try, mostly out of curiosity. Not surprisingly, it did nothing. Added per directions and waited, then attempted to charge. Those two cells metered 0.2 and 0.3v after, so while it may give life to older batteries temporarily, if your battery has an internal problem this won’t help. ... show more

    • Worked very good on my Club Car.

I was shopping for new batteries for my 2005 club car that had new batteries approximately 5 years ago. I purchased a new set of cables, and ordered and used this additive as prescribed. I used a total of 12 oz for 6 batteries. After about 5-6 charges I noticed that my battery monitor moved much slower, and now after about 10 charges I can honestly say my batteries are significantly better. My daughter took my car to a clubhouse that was 6 miles away and back last weekend, and my monitor was showing half charge afterwards. I made sure that I tested all of my batteries prior to see that I had no dead cells. All of them showed "fair" on a hygrometer prior to the additive and after a charge. I have not retested but I am confident that this solution worked very well. It is difficult to meter only 2oz into a battery, as this represents 1/2oz/cell. I diluted 2oz of product with 8oz of distilled water and then added 2oz of that solution into each of the 4 cells to get it metered correctly. ... show more
