The Nipple for the vacuum line to operate the throttle is not open, it was never bored out at the factory , also the port in the carburator body to allow that vacuum to operate the throttle diaphragm was never milled out , the person who assemble this knew what they were doing this was not an accidental mistake, they did not even bother to insert the b "O-ring" seal , spring and cut off valve diaphragm for the Nipple, they it wasn't needed, because it wasn't going to work, this Carb is FUBAR, came from the factory this way and then sold by Amazon, ( Not Amazon's Fault) , neither the Nipple or the carb body should have every been used to assemble a carburator, they should have never made it to the assembly line, the quality control for this product line does not exist, I will be very careful in The future not to buy from this vendor and this product line, I bought this in Nov 2022 along with other parts to tune up my 2009 scooter, my tuneup plans were delayed due to winter rains, so I'm long past the return date, it's a real shame I did not do a more thorough inspection of this item when it arrived, the old saying is true "BUYER BEWARE" ... show more

Casting was not machined out how this was packaged as finished part and sold beats me.For anyone who doesn't examine part's before Installing would have big problems with bogging and run worse than before
