This power pack was to replace one I bough earlier that never delivered the advertise mAh rating. It could barely charge 2 iPhones before being totally drained. One more important point the power button is responsive, a bit slow but responsive. On the other hand, the other portable solar charger I replace it with power, its button would always get stuck and was consistently unresponsive. Another good feature even when it's off when you connect a phone for charging it automaticall lights up and begin charging. Finally, whenever it fully charges phone, it eventually turn itself off to preserve energy. So no worries if you're busy drafting a plea or out at a game and is not paying attention. This Solar Power Bank 50000mAh delivers outstanding charging performance. I travel with 3 phones and when I go to my children's game or other competition not only am I able to charge their phones (children these days live on their phones), I'm able to keep my work phone that is heavy use charged all day, at end of day when we get back after 10+ hours out, every one phone is charged and there is power in the power pack. I was asked to rate this a few day after purchasing and I ignored it, what could I have honestly contributed, especially after my big disappointment with the 19000mAh. It too about 12 hours to fully charge and then a couple days to understand the functions. But I have used it daily since it was delivered and I'm well pleased, the only draw back is that it's a bit heavy, but it's worth it's weight in charging ability. This is my second purchase of this tem. This battery bank exceeded my expectations ! It actually does what the specs say. I opened it up to take a look inside ( I have an Engineering degree) and the battery specs match the sellers specs. If you want the full battery capacity follow the directions included and charge and discharge it several times, and you won't be disappointed. The light on the side is very bright and will the whole night thru.. Be aware that it does take about 15 hours to charge from empty to full. And also note that the solar panel does little to nothing to charge the pack. But still this pack gives the most bang for the buck !! ... show more

It is a bit heavy but keeps its charge for a long time, which is great. I took it on a trip recently knowing that there were going to be power outages. UNFORTUNATELY, it did not charge iphone or ipad with new USB C ports. It goes in but does not charge. 🤨 It was disappointing but my friend’s phone got charged so… So, I guess I will look to buy an adapter-so I can charge my devices when there are power outages or I go camping. ... show more

Edit: Company reached out and offered to replace device. New one arrived, fully charged and works very well. Good customer support! This thing would be 5 stars if I could get it to charge past the 2nd charge light. It doesn’t last very long. Solar will slowly charge it up. Wish it had a USB C output as well. ... show more

    • DUD ALERT! Does not hold a charge & batteries swelled!

UPDATE: Within 6 months & being charged only a handful of times (since it was less useful due to capacity being much lower than stated & losing charge rapidly without use), the back & front both developed some outward curvature, indicating swollen batteries. (No, it was never left in the sun or a hot car or left plugged in after it was charged.) I could not be more disappointed! What a waste of money! Now I must drive an hour each way to "civilization" to take it somewhere to properly dispose of the lithium-ion batteries. And in the mean time, just having damaged li-ion batteries in my posession is a fire risk. Reducing from 2 stars (original review below) to 1 star & should be 0 stars. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I live off-grid so have quite a collection of battery packs of various brands that I charge via a 100 watt solar panel. This one is called the "brick" due to it's size, shape, & weight. The little solar panel on this battery pack is a welcome feature but obviously will charge very showly (emergency use only) and would get hot if left in the sun. I keep it shaded and plug it into my 100 watt solar panel to charge. The light has come in handy so I appreciate that feature too. HOWEVER . . . I have enough experience to know what to expect from a battery pack this size & it does *not* deliver--not even close! The capacity is significantly lower than advertised and it leaks power badly in just days or weeks of not being used. Two family members also wanted their own "brick" but I'm glad I tried out 1 first instead of ordering all 3 at once. ... show more
