So this charger, or power bank, is pretty much that. I've had mine for about 2 months now, bought it at the beginningof 2020, I don't dare test it in extreme cold, hot temperatures or in water. I've had these type of devices before and the battery will go bad if they are exposed to extreme high or low temperatures. If I had to describe it, it's more "water resistant". And it feels like it has a little weight to it, it's about the size of a high end, large screen smart phone with the case. So it takes a little while to charge the device itself about 2-3 hours and has 2 USB ports and one mini charging port. Which I didn't like. It's hard to find a mini charger these days. It's either micro or type C or iPhone for the Apple users. No one uses mini anymore. Anyway, it does have wireless charging as well which seems to charge somewhat faster than through the USB ports. I think it might have been in the description but I'm not sure, the solar charging for this device is extremely slow. It's basically meant to be as a last resort. Maybe you are out somewhere camping and got lost and need to call someone but your phone ran out of battery. You should be able to charge the device through the solar panels and after about an hour or two IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT at least have enough power to charge your phone enough so you can make a call but not much more than that. When in direct sunlight is when it gets the most power. But the problem is when the device is charging from direct sunlight it's going to get hot...so I wouldn't leave it in the sun too long. Pros: I believe the price was like around $65 and for 35,800mAh that's the best price you're gonna get in January 2021, I looked on Amazon a while. So price and massive energy storage backup. Cons: Mini USB charging port, type C would be better. Also, it takes forever to charge with solar panels but that's really an emergency feature even though they make it seem like it's a viable way to charge it. ... show more

  • Definitely worth it the money

It’s definitely a good battery pack for the price. The solar panels make it very easy to get the charge you need when it runs out. The light on it is kinda meh but for up close things like looking around your car in the dark because you dropped something or something along the lines of that. Only good for about 2ft. But most people would just use their phone light in this scenario which is much brighter. If you have nothing for light though it’ll get the job done still. The solar panels do charge it up pretty quickly. You can easily throw it on the dash of your car and let it charge when you don’t need to take it with you. My only complaint is that the battler capacity itself just seems.. off. I’m not sure if it’s just mine or maybe I use it more than I realize but phone batteries are only a couple thousand mah. 38000 should charge your phone a lot of times . It just seems to run out faster than it should. By all means it still has a great capacity on it and can charge my phone multiple times just not as many as I thought. I havnt tried running anything else off of it though I’ve only used it to charge my phone. The way the solar panels first unfold makes it easy to set your phone on the charger and carry it around like it’s one of those wallet looking phone cases. The edges are not very raised though and it will slide off pretty easy. I think it’s was a great buy I have no regrets at all. Except I’m pretty sure they have a newer model of it that I realized after I bought it. ... show more

Fast shipping and great price, I bought this for camping and hiking since in remote areas to help keep phone charged for pics or GPS trail marking. Also great for long days on the river and kayaking, listening to music or taking pics. Small and easy storage as well.

  • Strong & full of power

I’ve had this back-up battery pack for a couple mo now. I like to actually use it before hovering a review so you’re getting a more honest opinion. So the flashlight is a plus and very bright! It has 2 usb ports so you can charge 2 devices at a time. Love how it has the solar panels on it. I’ve been able to charge it from the wall and it charges pretty quick (ab 1-2 hours after complete drain) I haven’t charged with the solar panels yet I’ll have to do an update later. But I’ve been able to charge a 10 inch tablet to 100% in about 2 hrs and there’s still plenty of life left in the battery pack then charged my iPhone that bright it down to about two bars on the pack. All in all it’s a good little charger to have for when the lights go out to charge your phone or tablet. I wouldn’t hook ot up to a fridge or anything lol but it’s compact enough to Cary in your purse or car and it does it’s job! It’s better then any battery pack I’ve ever had and I’ve gone thru some battery packs. I’d definitely recommend this one… hope this helps someone😊 ... show more
