Update- we just received the replacement unit. It had been sent prior to below review. We had just not received it. If the company had communicated, we would have known it was replaced and I would not have written the review. We purchased a power station (which works great) and a solar panel to charge it with for my mom in Florida to run her CPAP if the power went out. The solar panel did not charge the power station. It was connected correctly and set in the sun as required. The power indicator came on but after 2 days did not charge the power station. We tried several times in different sun conditions, and it still did not work. We reached out to the company, and they requested pictures. We sent pictures are requested. They asked for a video which was hard to get because there really was nothing to see. The bars don't move. After several exchanges I did email a video and I have heard nothing back. We purchased this in Aug. 2023, and it is now Dec. 2023, and we have no resolution. I generally do not write bad reviews, but I am fed up trying to resolve this. I understand sometimes manufactured items just don't work. We were just asking for a replacement panel- not a refund. I suggest you not purchase from this company. They will not help resolve an issue. ... show more
