It’s entertaining to watch but sprays out a lot of water that needs to be filled 3 to 4 times a day I like it but can’t really recommend it with the repeated filling of water, really needs a deep birdbath

This AISITIN solar bird bath fountain pump works instantly right out of the box. Just attach the valve you want on there and plop it right in the water and it works right away. I find that in partial sun, it pulses slowly but evenly. The pressure is very low, but still gently agitates the water. We have pine trees covering our yard during the morning to afternoon and full sun until evening. From full sun, the solar fountain pump works at 100%. Just note that in full sun, it can be powerful enough to spray water outside of the bird bath. We have a 18" bird bath and if our birds weren't so skittish and our fountain were bigger, the fountain pump would stay. However, we have medium-size birds (blackbirds and pigeons) that love fully drench themselves and require the entire bowl to bathe themselves. With fountain pump diameter being 6.5", it took up most of the bird bath and our birds did not want to bathe with it inside or even want to drink from it. For my situation it did not work out, but I think if you had a larger bird bath, it would be an excellent addition. Pros: - Great at attracting nearby birds - Solar powered - Easy to clean - Very quiet

This is really cool, it's super easy to set up and you have a choice of how you want the water to spray in the bird bath you can have it bubble or full on fountain looking spray which is what I chose and the birds and even squirrels love it. I see them hanging out more around their bird bath just getting under the spray and playing. It's just fun to watch, and you do have to keep the bird bath full of water so it works and check it once a week to clean it of any debris so it continues to get the solar power it needs. But like I said it's extremely easy to set up and use.
