These are just ok to me. It has both goods and bads though. I will say that these run on the heavier side, which does make them feel like they are better quality than similar ones I’ve owned in the past. The look of this seems decent and it’s got 3 different pool fun tools packaged into 1. The good is it floats well and stays in place if you use the included pool anchor. The light show is probably the best part of this because the speaker and the fountain aren’t too great. The fountain is made like a kid shooting a cheap squirt gun a couple feet in the air. The speaker seriously lacks volume with the sound it does produce being all treble with a hint of mids. Bass is nonexistent, but I wasn’t expecting much there. I think these run a little bit high cost-wise for what they produce. The light show is decent though, especially if you have 2 or more to entirely cover your pool. One would be good for a hot tub or an above ground pool I would say. These are decent overall. Instructions are lacking but I figured out how to get it connected via Bluetooth and playing music. If you’re not having a party and just want some mild background music like Jimmy Buffet (which doesn’t produce lots of bass), this will work. If it’s a pool/Bluetooth speaker or a fancy fountain you’re looking for, keep looking. You may want to get them separately. The light show is good, but this is much more expensive than the ones that float and just have light shows/hold chlorine out there. Battery life for this is ok. I wish it had a solar panel so you didn’t have to keep taking it in to charge it.

These floating speaker/light show/fountain units are pretty cool and do provide a nice ambience at the bottom of the pool for those evening pool parties. The lights are the best part and will move to music, which is cool. The speaker is just ok, and certainly isn't going to win any audiophile awards, but it's sufficient for light listening without much bass, if any. It comes with lead weights and string to keep it in place, but your chlorine will eat that string up over time, so be prepared to buy more string after a while. The limited buttons are pretty straight forward and use the normal long and short button presses to power the unit and change functions. Another downfall, other than the below average max volume and sound quality, would have to be the fountain. Yes, it works, if you want to call it that. It's like a few kids shooting a cheap water water gun into the air at once. It shoots up a few feet, but don't expect anything elaborate - keep the expectations low. I do think these are overpriced for the below average quality in 2 of the 3 functions, but it's pretty cool overall and does add a little ambience to your pool night and day. For a big pool party though, you might want to bring out the big boy/girl speakers. The battery is pretty good - charges fast and hold a charge for a while. I think this would work better in a hot tub unless you buy a few of them. The thing that really disappoints with these is the inability to connect 2 or more of them wirelessly for multi-speaker sound. For the price, it should definitely have this feature.
