I cook with olive oil! This is a great go to olive oil. You can even use this on popcorn as a butter substitute! This is expensive so don't waste it on a grilled cheese sandwich! Ooo! I used to drive an hour to their tasting room just to buy the olive oil - now I'm half way across the country, it's great they're selling on Amazon. I've been buying their products for about 3 years and have tried most of the different types but this my favorite in their line. This is perfect for salads, marinades and dressings - any use where the flavor is important. I wouldn't recommend wasting this for cooking, it tastes so good you lose the flavor on the stove top. Once you start using this, every other oil olive tastes of nothing. We use it all the time and a bottle lasts about 6 weeks. You probably have never tasted oil olive as good as this. ... show more
