I first learned about this olive oil at a wine tasting event. I lived in Brooklyn at the time and the event was in Texas. I would order it online to get it in New York! After a few years and a few moves I stopped buying it. I found it on Amazon and purchased it again. This is my goto Olive Oil! I use it on salads and just to dip bread in! It is delicious. My husband who spent time in Italy says it’s the best Olive Oil he has ever tasted. So, it goes to show that it is an amazing olive oil!

I cook with olive oil! This is a great go to olive oil. You can even use this on popcorn as a butter substitute! This is expensive so don't waste it on a grilled cheese sandwich! Ooo! It will taste very good. But you will be putting this oil to waste for a grilled cheese sandwich as well as that pop corn! Because of the price!

I used to drive an hour to their tasting room just to buy the olive oil - now I'm half way across the country, it's great they're selling on Amazon. I've been buying their products for about 3 years and have tried most of the different types but this my favorite in their line. This is perfect for salads, marinades and dressings - any use where the flavor is important. I wouldn't recommend wasting this for cooking, it tastes so good you lose the flavor on the stove top. Once you start using this, every other oil olive tastes of nothing. We use it all the time and a bottle lasts about 6 weeks. You probably have never tasted oil olive as good as this.
