I love these so much that, at present, I’m still storing them in their protective pouch when I throw them in my bag. I do get lazy though, so no guarantees for the future! But it’s okay! I primarily buy sunglasses from the dollar store, I’m so careless with them. These were a “splurge” for me in the sunglasses category but even so, at their price I won’t be devastated if they scratch. I think I would be sad to lose them though, they are (to my standards anyway, remember I buy sunnies at DT) well made and solid feeling. I have a kind of big head for a lady and they don’t squeeze my temples. I think the shape is stylish but I have no idea what the kids are doing now with eyewear. One drawback, but this seems true for all polarized sunglasses, at least in my car: I can’t see the heads-up display on my windshield when I’m wearing them. WOW! I received yesterday, immediately tried on and WOW, great quality, perfect fit, perfect darkness, I love dark sun glasses and finally got a pair to suit my likes and desire. After cataract surgery, I did could no longer wear my prescription sunglasses and have bought several pair in stores and very disappointed, could not find any dark and good quality. I am elated to find these!!!!! I absolutely LOVE them! Color, fit, feel, just really a good quality product. These SOJOS vintage square sunglasses are honestly really cute. The Havana frame gives that retro, high-fashion look without the high-fashion price, and they feel surprisingly sturdy for how lightweight they are. Fit: They fit my face really well—not oversized, not tiny, just that perfect flattering square shape. They sit comfortably on the nose and don’t squeeze behind the ears, which is a huge win if you wear sunglasses all day like I do. Look: Very chic. Very wearable. They instantly elevate the simplest outfit—jeans, messy bun, and suddenly I look like I’m running errands in Hollywood. Function: Here’s why it’s a 4 and not a 5: They do block glare, but not as strongly as some of my more expensive polarized pairs. They’re great for daytime driving and general outdoor wear, but if you’re super sensitive to bright light or want heavy-duty glare reduction, these may fall a bit short. For casual wear? They’re perfect. Quality: The frames feel solid, the hinges are strong, and the included pouch/cleaning cloth/box are a nice bonus. For the price, the quality is truly impressive.
