Received it 2 days ago, and applied it yesterday. Hair is soft and manageable. It works well although the lid is not a hard plastic but a flimsy plastic instead. (Not CHILD PROOF). The product does not have dry ice to keep it cool during the transporting processing and it will leak from the sides. The seller does however wraps it in bubble wrap with some recyle paper to keep it in place from movement. But it was still a great product to purchase. ... show more

Hello softsheen. The people want this relaxer back! I’ve been using this as a little girl and it’s the only thing that works on my hair. I’ve been trying to buy as much as I can but the price is ridiculous. My hair professional also misses this relaxer. She says it’s the best one ever. My mom is soooo pissed because she won’t know what to do with her hair once people stop reselling it. I need this in my life. We also need the shampoo and conditioner.
