    • Wrong Hair Type!
Maybe I didn't notice, but this product is for Course hair. I was so intent on getting the product for "sensitive scalp" that I didn't notice it wasn't for regular hair. It doesn't allow me to Return the product. That's money I wasted....WOW! I will be more cautious in the future when ordering.

I have coarse, thick , african 4c hair and I must say for someone with a head of hair that is hard to process; this relaxer works like a charm. Also I have a very sensitive scalp so it did bur however, It doesn't burn severely like the rest and it didn't form a scab at the burnt area it only flaked.

I have Alopecia hair my scalp is very sore and Sensitive! This perm was amazing did not burn me and my hair came out soft and straight very happy! I recommend this for anyone who has lupus with a very sensitive scalp like mine!!!
