We live in an apartment that's seen more birthdays than both my husband and I, with walls that have a mind of their own. We had to switch the bed to the other side of the room. This side of the bedroom the wall has this weird unevenness that is like the Grand Canyon between the wall and my husband's side of the bed. We tried stuffing foam in the gap, but our pillows kept going base jumping. And we just gotten our new bed with a fancy adjustable frame/base last week. Great for comfort, but a nightmare for just a random headboard. So I can’t just get a headboard that can hook up to the new bed frame. Husband too busy with work and I feel I had to handle the pillow-eating gap. Frustrating is an understatement. Our salvation came in the form of a narrow shoe rack/entry table at our front door. It gave me the brilliant idea to hunt for a small, narrow hallway table. And that's when I stumbled upon the MAHANCRIS table, the measurements seem to fit. It was perfect - no extra shelves to invade our four-legged friend's under-bed napping zone, and it had additional outlets. The table arrived the next day. It was light as a feather and very well packed. Assembly was a breeze with just the little allen wrench provided. My pup supervised the operation, ensuring I didn't tighten anything too soon. And voilà, it was as sturdy as can be. No gaps, no screws playing peekaboo through the board. It slid into the bed-wall gap like it was meant to be there (it sits 3 inches out but it works well!!), banishing the pillow-eating monster for good. Plus, it gave a new home to our tissue box and didn't mess with our bed's adjustability. Cleaning down any dust will be a breeze, and it still respects our pup's under-bed hideout. This table has been a game-changer for our quirky bedroom. And at $45, it's the best investment I've made this year. If we ever move, I won't shed a tear for donating or recycling it. The design is flawed. There are noticeable gaps between the three boards that come together. I disassembled and reassembled the table but the gaps remained. I just put black electrical tape underneath to cover these gaps. But, I wouldn't recommend this piece. It's also a bit wobbly and not incredibly sturdy. ... show more

When put together there are gaps between the woods on the top that makes it look not so great! Just have to cover the gaps with decoration or something easy to put together like max 10 minutes!
