Oh my goodness ! I NEVER write reviews but this grooming tool is so extraordinary, I just had to share ~ I have a 140# Leonberger. She's a certified Therapy Dog that, when off the clock, loves to swim and romp in the woods. Keeping her clean and fresh smelling for her visits, especially in the summer, is challenging and frequent trips to the groomers can be prohibitively expensive. This tool is a game changer !!! Evenly distributes the soap into a nice lather, rinses beautifully, one handed operation.. it's just wonderful ! Loved using this. It really helped with the deshedding shampoo I bought from Girl with the Dogs. The washing process went much faster and she was cleaned much more efficiently. My heeler hates baths and I needed to get her properly cleaned in less time. Great product. I just hope it lasts and doesn't break like most things these days.

Has a lock for spray on setting, a bunch of different spray types and you can set for shampoo or water only. So convenient! I really love the pump action that mixes my thick shampoo with water for a perfect foam spray to clean my husky.i still have over 1/2 soap fr next wash. She was clean in under 10 mins. Such a great buy!

Indoor Shower Connection Adapters were missing(?) Parts are not mentioned in product description or pictured on Product Page on Amazon. I don't know if this was a one off or not. The Product Description should mention additional parts need to be purchased for indoor use. I had to purchase parts to be able to try the Sprayer in the shower. I tried some dish soap in the Sprayer to test Shower and Rinse functionality, seems to work fine, for now. Durability yet to be determined.....

Omg why have I just learned about this little gadget! I have a 105 lb Chocolate Lab and as we all know it is back breaking work to give a dog a bath. I have only done this outside but this little soap gun was so easy to get under his belly, legs, chest and chin. I was done within 10 minutes. Washed and rinsed! I have already told all my friends who own dogs about it and how they need this!

I purchased this product for my Rottweiler. It was the PERFECT item for me. Bath time made easy in one step! To shampoo and rinse without turning the hose on and off was a game changer. HOWEVER, after the 3rd use, I turned the hose on and depressed the trigger and the entire nozzle popped right off! I was so startled. Fortunately, it was not pointed at my dog. How completely disappointing. It is not anything I could fix, unfortunately.

We are on our second one of these. Not because of a quality issue, but rather because we dropped the first one on the driveway and broke the threads on the cup (side note for the seller: sell the cups separately!). We found a long time ago that washing our dogs was easier if we could introduce the soap while we were wetting them down. So we would dilute some shampoo in a gallon jug and use that when we were wetting the dogs down. This handy gadget does that for us and allows us the ability to control how much soap to use. We no longer need to pre-soak, then soap up, scrub them down, then rinse - we now just soap 'em up, scrub them down, then rinse! When you have 3 dogs, this has reduced our bathing time from about an hour, to 1/2 that time!!!!

Quality of this product is not very good. Mostly all plastic and did not even last 3 dog washes before it broke. Product does not work properly when selecting between soap dispense and water only. While the CONCEPT is absolutely brilliant, the execution of PRODUCTION is terrible. BTW this was our second try with it, already returned the first one.
