    • No pen storage and doesn’t pair
I bought this a month ago but didn’t put it to use until this past week. Previously I had a Logitech keyboard case that worked very well, but after 18 months of very active use (and a significant portion of use from a preschooler) the magnets were falling from their slots so it was time for a replacement. I wanted something without magnet so I got this. And I regret it! The swivel mechanism is looser than I’d like. It’s shifts from the slightest pressure, even when closed. There’s nowhere to put your pen, which is a HUGE pain. I’ve lost my pen too many times to count now. And the worst thing of all, it never shows up to pair. So I basically paid over $70 for a lack luster iPad case that doesn’t even have pen storage. Please don’t waste your money. ... show more

I liked the added protection it gave my iPad. But with that came more extra weight than I was expecting. If that's not an issue for you, it's a very good product.

Came without a charger. I don’t care that it uses the same charger as my ipad, provide a charger for the device. Returned.

This case keyboard fits the new iPad 12 inch perfectly. Easy to type on. Protects the iPad the best of the cases I have tried. The light selections are plentiful. Connected to blue tooth quickly. Read the directions and you will have no trouble at all.

Snugg iPad Pro 12.9 2018 bluetooth failed to pair! Had to constantly disconnect Bluetooth device and reboot iPad. When it did work, keys would skip letters and backspacing would over delete. My colleague had same trouble with her Snugg (same model) and is returning, as well. I did not find this case to be as sturdy as my last Snugg keyboard case. After all this, purchased LogiTech keyboard case and it works like a charm! ... show more
