UPDATED REVIEW! I was able to use it for four times and today it just snapped in half! The metal just broke and now it’s useless! SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT ORDER THIS CHEAP PIECE OF CRAP! We didn’t have snow for a long time, but today it snowed and I went to use it. Worked fine this morning, went to use it again this afternoon and it snapped in half. It took my sons a long time to assemble this mess! NO READABLE INSTRUCTIONS and it came completely disassembled. By that I mean, not one bolt or nut was attached, they were just thrown into a bag and left up to the customer to figure out where they belong! Once it was assembled I was able to easily use it.

First use—1/4” of snow and it was fine. Today, the opposite happened. 2” of snow on the ground(light weight fluffy). I made it down my driveway and the shovel broke! I am incredibly disappointed. It is past the 30 day period, but really, 2 storms for usage and I get this?? Maybe I should have just bought a battery powered shovel. As it stands today, I can’t recommend this shovel If I could give 0 stars I would. One star is too much

parts are missing! The clevis pin is completely missing the ball that allows it to click in. Should I just return it?? I already put it together and tried to use it, but it's just to wobbly.

Not only were the directions awful but it broke during the first time we used it!! $80 wasted!! You can see in the pictures where it broke in half and is beyond repair. I was so excited about getting the snow shovel and hoping it would make our life easier but no it’s junk. Do not buy!!!!!

This is not a hardcore shovel. Perfect for small sidewalks though.

The one thing I had to figure out was how to assemble since the product did not come with instructions. But, not too challenging if you’re inclined. I used it on the last 2” snow fall. Normally would take me an hour or more to do the 2 car driveway, side walk and back patio . I was able to clear the same areas within 30 minutes with ease. Highly would recommend for home use.
