The places/lakes to go swimming around my home are usually murky and filled with algae. I did end up finding a place to try snorkeling where you could see the bottom of the lake, hahaha! It shouldn't be that difficult to find clean water, but it is what it is. I also used a flotation device, but I still dunked. Let me tell you how much I appreciate the snorkel that blocks any water from coming in! Back in the day, I learned to snorkel in gym class, and we had the snorkels that would be hollow from the end into your mouth. They were dangerous too. I really like this kind! The face mask was comfortable until I had to take it off and on repeatedly, but that would happen with any plastic or vinyl material if you have sensitive skin. Not to mention the water quality. I like the 180 view, but I think it would dazzle more in Florida! I don't like things sneaking up on me.

I got this in yellow to match my favorite swimsuit and I was very excited about how well it was made and honestly can’t wait to use it. It really is a nice set. Everything is made of the best quality from what I could see and feel. I put the mask on and it was comfortable and didn't fog up on me. The snorkel was comfortable in my mouth and I could breathe. As an infrequent beach visitor, I needed these for a recent beach vacation. I needed them to use in shallow water, not for serious deep dives. PROS: - sharp looking, modern set - excellent vision when wearing above and below water line - adjustable strap worked easily to fit my large head - good color in lenses filters some sunlight - provided net bag is a nice touch, allowing easy transport between condo and beach CONS: - like most masks, the water leaks in via my moustache; vaseline is supposed to seal the fit, but only slightly and for a short time (this isn't a problem that's isolated to this mask)

My hubby, the best model there is (yes I volunteered him lol) Any way, he said it's a great fit and has the ability to loosen or tighten. Now, when you put it on you, of course, lose the ability to breathe out of your nose, so make sure you add the snorkel right away or just breathe out of your mouth for time being. The tempered glass is so much better than plastic I think. Thats why we made this purchase. The snorkel is very flexible. The mouth piece is rubber so you don't have to worry about any hard plastic. It is also very light and won't weigh you down. It says that it's anti fog BUT if you look closely you can see it fogging up. I'm not sure if it's because he isn't in the water or if it's just a flaw. Other than that it has a great view. I could just imagine what it would look like in the ocean.

Nice little value set. Good fit and seal seems great. Visibility is average but clear glass. Anti fog goo worked on it without any problem. Snorkel is adequate but gets the job done. Nice little set for the cost.

I was hesitant to order an snorkel online without being able to try it on, but I was pleasantly surprised at how nicely this set fit! It suctioned right onto my face and worked really well in the water without leaking or getting steamed up. It was easy to put together and use. I especially love that it has a mesh bag to store it in. That came in handy after use allowing my to hang it up to dry. I took this on a cruise and paid less for this set than the cost of renting a set. I highly recommend this product.

Very impressive mask and snorkel especially for the price. Great for both a first time or experiencedbsnorkeling or scuba diver. I am a very experienced scuba diver that is extremely critical about the equipment I use. This mask measures up to my main scuba mask costing 4 times more. It has a wide field of view making the undersea world better to view. Also low volume and deep well formed nose pocket making it easy clear. It has a very tight seal so no or little water can leak. The head strap is wide with secure locking clips on the side. The snorkel is very sophisticated with well designed both upper and lower purge valves. The best part I like is the 2 part removable clip allow you to easy separate the two when you pack or store.it. The included mesh cary bag is a nice bonus as well. I definitely recommend this product.
