I ordered this mask and snorkel combo for an upcoming scuba trip in August. I wanted a wide-angle mask with a full 270-degree field-of-view and a crystal-clear liquid silicone skirt for improved peripheral vision and enhanced sunlight penetration around the mask. Those attributes make underwater photography easier since I can see movement in the viewfinder on the edges of the frame and use MORE of the natural seascape for composition and framing. The wide one-piece lens gives me the clear, full view of everything around me that I wanted from this mask and adds the semi-permanent anti-fog coating featured on the single pane lens. The anti-fog treatment WILL eventually wear off the lens and fail, but it is easily restored with a professional reapply or with one of the many two-wipe anti-fog restore kits currently available for this lens. The internal NO-LEAK silicone feathered edge that runs around the periphery of the mask hugs my face, preventing leaks when I clear the mask and when the mask is bumped or jostled during the dive. For new divers, that perfect feathered edge can be the difference between clearing some water from your recently dislodged mask or making a panic ascent to the surface. Whether you are looking for your FIRST-EVER diving mask or your fourth this season in the personal search for mask perfection you are ALWAYS looking for that “extra feathered edge” around the interior of any mask you select. I also like the “LOOKDOWN” configuration of the mask that lets me be in a vertical attitude in the water column and still “SEE” below me into deeper water. Rounding out the mask are the quality tempered glass lens and the quick-adjust mask strap buckles that can be adjusted with one-hand for convenience while swimming and does not interfere with the included dry-breath snorkel. The dry-top snorkel works exactly as it should. It keeps water out of the breathing tube with a small plastic ball that “floats” up to cover the snorkel’s opening to the water when I submerge. As I ascend into open air the tube opens so I can instantly inhale fresh air. If there is ANY water left in the tube, a small exhalation valve at the end of the snorkel’s mouthpiece allows for easy removal with a soft EX-halation and ANY residual water is expelled back to the ocean. The snorkel attaches to the mask strap with an easy to separate Quick-Release fitting that makes it simple to remove the snorkel for some mask-only swimming. When the diving is done for the day the “rinse tank ritual” begins to extend the longevity of your personal dive equipment. Pack everything into your mesh bag and submerge it into the FRESH WATER RINSE TANK at the dive site. If there isn’t one (dives from the beach usually do not have a rinse tank unless it is a hotel beach or dive resort.) If NO RINSE IS AVAILABLE, do it at home, but remember to SUBMERGE your gear and let it soak! Salt crystals that dry on rubber and glass can DAMAGE the equipment and UV-A and UV-B sunlight is FATAL to rubber and neoprene. This is an excellent mask and snorkel combo and with careful packing and post-dive rinsing and storage they will be serving your underwater vision and respiration needs for a very LONG time. We have had our own snorkel sets from another brand for several years and they finally started to break down with all the salt water usage. The valve got leaky and was starting to take on a little water and the lens were getting worn as well as the rubber around the mask to keep your face dry. So this came along and here is what I like about them compared to the other brands. 1. Glass lens. This is a game changer if you are snorkeling. Less propensity for fogging up the lens. Always go with glass. The plastic ones with lose it's luster and get harder to see out of and also they tend to fog up more. 2. Silicon around the mask feels solid. It's not rubber but silicon so that should resist the normal wear and tear of the salt water in frequent useage. 3. Easy strap adjustments with a quick pull of the straps you get a nice snug fit 4. full view. These give you a nice full view without spliting the lens in the middle over the nose so you get a better visibility. 5. The snorkel tube itself is flexible and is not as rigid some of the others so it doesn't feel weirdly out of place. It has a quick disconnect/connect feature I like. Getting it srapped in is a little hard the first time. Overall for the price, this is a fantastic quality product, you should not be dissapointed.

Very high quality snorkel set. Have used this a couple of times and even with my beard, the goggles don't leak as long as they are tight enough. The fit is great for an adult male and the visibility is excellent until my nose inevitably fogs it up. I'd highly recommend this set as a great value.

Zero stars, the snorkel leaks constantly making is unusable. The mask works fine, it's just the snorkel that makes this set a fail.

My son loves these while swimming in our pool. he hasn't quite got the snorkel aspect down yet, but he's learning. He says they are comfortable, and seal on his face well. he's still learning how to purge the goggles. he can do it about half of the time. his only complaint was fogging. and he doesn't like the spit trick. the rubber is of good quality, the lens is tempered glass, so it should be rather durable. the valves on the snorkel work well. these are a great value, they are packed with features that work. buy with confidence.

This goggles/snorkel set by Melumilu is a great start for anyone looking to get into snorkeling. The mask fits great and creates a solid seal without having to be super tight (other masks require you to excessively tighten the mask to create a leakproof seal). The lenses are very clear and didn’t fog up on me at all during testing. The snorkel has a clip to attach to the goggles, ensuring it stays pointed upward and out of the water. The snorkel also uses a ball system to prevent any water from being drawn into the snorkel. I tested this a few times by diving under the water and attempting to inhale — it worked great and prevented water from entering the snorkel. After a few dives, there was a minor amount of water that made it down to the mouthpiece, but not enough that would disturb your ability to drink. The materials used are good quality and seem to be quite durable. Overall, I think this is a great kit and definitely worth the price.
