When the package arrived I was a bit skeptical that a mask and snorkel were actually inside. It seemed to small. But it turns out that that is one of the plusses of this set. The snorkel itself has a very flexible tube which lets it be folded up tightly. The set comes with a mesh carrying bag which is great but you do have to kind of smash the snorkel in to make them fit. The plus side is once it is in its very compact. The fact that it is so easy to fold up gives the impression that it maybe won't be the most durable but for the moment it works very well. The mask fits comfortably but I found the strap adjustment to be a bit tricky on the side where it snaps to the snorkel. The snorkel does a good job to keep water out when waves go overhead and breathing is easy. The mask itself has nice clear visibility out of it. Overall it's a nice set for the money.

Great snorkel. Purchasing one on here is wayyy cheaper than renting one on my upcoming cruise. For the price this one is great quality and will work just fine. It fits comfortably and snug.

While the mask feels and performed very, VERY well, the snorkel on the other hand may not be ideal. I tested the gear this week in my pool before going snorkeling this week end. While I do believe the snorkel being so flexible and perhaps even the ability to disassemble it may be practical and ideal for traveling, the lack of rigidness worries me. It felt like it wobble the entire time I was swimming with it. It's not very long so it barely clears your head when swimming head down, which means with some wind and wave, it could be submerged and not able to breath. This is perhaps ideal for calm lakes, springs and rivers but maybe not so much dynamic beach weather. I will follow up after I go snorkeling this weekend for a reef test result.

I got this snorkel set for my husband to use on our upcoming cruise to the Caribbean and Mexico. The mask and snorkel came well-packed and arrived with no damages. I bought this mask for my husband because the previous mask he had leaked no matter what he tried. I think this one will work--it seems to fit better around his mouth and cheeks. In the past, his mustache caused most of the mask problems, but hopefully, this mask will fit better. He tried it on and says it feels ok, but we'll have to see. All in all, I think this is a very well made mask. It's not flimsy and the mask itself will allow better viewing underwater. So far I'm happy with this mask. I'll provide an update once we return from our cruise.

The mask itself is a nice mask with panorama views, since the side piece is clear (see photo). The straps are soft and pliable. Easy to adjust by pinching the clips on the side. The suction feels good so far. The packaging was great, well wrapped and protected from scratches. The snorkel comes in 3 pieces, not difficult to assemble. But needs to be disassembled to fit in the carry all.

I got this because I live in Florida and friends are always coming down and we need extra sets for them to be able to snorkel with us. I tested it out in the Gulf and it had nice tight seals and a good visibility with the mask. I grew up using non float snorkels so I always have a moment of wanting to have that process but I'm adjusting and this snorkel does its job of keeping water out, as does the mask. I think this set would be good for any beginning snorkeler as well as someone with some comfortable history of using them. I did not find the 180 panorama to be truly that far around but my peripheral vision might not be that good. I prefer to just turn my head. Overall, the set is well made, with durability of a set of this price range and if you take care to rinse the salt off, the pieces should last a good while. I would easily recommend them and will probably use them as I need to replace the ones I have currently as they wear out.
