The ability to change the weights in 5pound increments from 5-80pounds saves space for more equipment. I bought the ash color set. Definitely will want the weight stand soon that way when I rack them it will feel more solid and I wont have to bend over to pick them up. I wouldn’t slam these like u can with rubber weights but they feel solid. Slight loose tolerances in them by design but they don’t feel like they will fall apart on an incline or shoulder press. I trust lifting with them. They are a good size resembling normal dumbbells no matter the weight. The knurled grip is good. They were worth the money since I am lifting in my living room. (Typing this between sets)

The dumbbell seems to be solid and well designed, the weight selection couldn't be smoother; just put it on a hard floor, if you put the cradle on carpet or a rug it won't line up and you'll have to push the handle down to change weight. My only problem so far is FedEx; they only delivered one dumbbell and consider the delivery completed. The only reason I wouldn't order from this store again is because they use FedEx. Update: Gronk Fitness contacted me within 24hrs and it turns out the boxes went out on different shipments and the second one arrived the next day. Over the last five years I haven't had a delivery go right with FedEx, but this time was just a hiccup. I would order from GronkFitness again, I just hope they switch shippers.

The media could not be loaded. Saves a ton of space! They are super sleek and aesthetic and EASILY click in and out between weights. We have used them both for bodybuilding style workouts as well as high-intensity (Crossfit) style workouts and they hold up so well. The price point on these is unbeatable! We actually MADE $200 selling our complete set of DBs and their rack and purchasing this set of adjustable ones. If you are looking for adjustable DBs, these are the best out there.

I have had them almost a week and they are working great. Saves a lot of space in my garage gym. Had a small issue when assembling them. customer service was immediate. They answered my email within 15 minutes. Issue was corrected. Turns out it was how I assembled one, it was upside down. If space is an issue you will like these dumbbells. I was a little skeptical when ordering adjustable dumbbells but these are great. Sturdy, smooth and definitely worth it. I didn't order the stand to go with them but i will be ordering one soon.
