Smittybilt XRC Armor Corner Guards are manufactured from 3/16 inch cold roll steel, and are hand crafted to insure a perfect fit every time. Each Corner Guard is available with or without a 3 inch flare, and includes stainless steel hardware. They are finished in a black powder coat and can be used with the XRC Armor Rocker Guards, as well as our XRC Armor Tube Fenders.

Let me tell you why this sucks: The fronts are easy to install
It looks sick, no doubt, but you chaps already knew that. Let me tell you why this sucks: The fronts are easy to install, this is totally about the rear panels. Installation nightmare. 2 of 3 bolt locations on the top of each rear panel are impossible to get to, cant mark them, cant even squeeze in the damn bolts. Nutserts. 3/8 nutsert is an odd size. I went to no less than 6 shops around my area including harbor freight and grainger, no one had the tool i needed, keep in mind the hand tool you are provided with, sucks. Its a 2 man job to do it right. The fit isnt a perfect seal. As i said, looks good but you are better off paying to have it installed. I now realize why there were no how to youtube videos.... No one was that stupid.

bad?ss but install was { FAIL } for me
the front set was plane as day to install the rear howver. lets just say take time and do it right. spend the extra cash for a nuttool to install the nut mount the rear body panel. cut some cardboard and mark the hole placement when you drill into the jeeps panel rather holding it and marking it. cuz it can be a tight fit. and marking the exact spot can be a pain when no space to see if you center the holes. when you holding it and bracketing it. make a template. also in the new models you have to drill a hole in the back left for the licsense plate. the template provided didnt match up , probly cuz i didnt get it matched up to the fender so now i have holes all over the back that are covered up. when i installed it i ruined most the nuserts included. when mounting the bolts were straight and cinked. had to tear the mounts off and problems anfter problem. then good is i can drill more mounts which i will. i dont trust how many bolts i have holding it. other than that. its a beast look. may have to check for rust ever so often. its heavy. thick. and stands out. the front fender will throw mudd all over so expect rocks. the fenders have bolt mounts as u can see on the outside. you can buy trailer mudd flares that you can rig up yourself and add if you get tired of flinging muds. i rate this as a 4 star. 1 star less cuz installation was kinda a pain, to get this perfect with little know how. but its awsome and i love it. almost looks like something from mad max road warrior

Hard to install. Removes License plate. Very durable. Couple videos out there. Buy a real nutcert tool.

excellent fit, instructions were a little unclear, but I was able to figure it out, and move on. they look great! there needs to be a better solution offered in marking where the nut zerts. are mounted.

Twisted and not stamped correctly
Looks good once you get them on, but was not stamped correctly, had to do a lot of grinding on them to get to fit, was also very badly twisted. I had to use 1 inch rachet straps to pull them into place on the back. Was about 4 inches off in back
