I bought this bumper after having the Tyger Auto side steps for my Ram and saw that the bumper was a new release. The fit and finish is fantastic! My bumper came with a small scratch on the passenger side "Filler' panel but was so small you would never notice it (Literally the only "con" in this review). Installation is defiantly a 2 person job as this bumper easily weighs twice what the factory bumper weighs. Total installation took roughly 3.5 hours with simple hand tools and a impact drill for the easy to get to bolts with my wife helping along the way. That includes taking our time to adjust the bumper to be flush and even on both sides. (Best to take your time and do it right the first time.) FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. Do not wrench everything down tight out of the box. Once the bumper was on, there defiantly was adjustment needed and it was so much easier since bolts where hand tight and could be tightened once adjusted to the proper height/angle. I could not be happier with this bumper, it looks mean and is literally 1/4 the cost of the big name brands. (*cough* ADD *cough*). Do note that if you do purchase this bumper that your inner fender liner will need to be trimmed if you want the proper look. (razor knife and a steady hand took me 3 mins for both sides). Would I recommend this? In a heart beat. Would I purchase again? Without a single doubt. Keep up the killer work Tyger Auto, I cannot wait to purchase the rear matching bumper to complete the build. This thing is awesome, I wanted to give my truck a more aggressive look and this got the job done. I have some experience with tools and have completed my fair share of projects... even still I was a little nervous to take off the front end of my 1500. Turned on some country music, grabbed a beer and got it done in about 3 1/2 hours. The left side is flush and the right side has an inch gap. I need to spend a little more time on it and make some final adjustments. Overall great purchase for what I wanted. Quick update- adjustments where very easy. Just loosen the bolts attaching the bumper to the frame... adjust. Then tighten again. I’ve also wired in two nilight fog lights. The brackets on the bumper made this very very easy! ... show more

I'll start off saying this thing is heavy! I read the other reviews saying this thing was sturdy, but I was still pleasantly surprised with how well made this thing is. It took about 2.5 hours to install by myself and there weren't any curveballs in the process; the instructions are pretty good. I really like the more aggressive look and I'm looking forward to getting the add-on skid plate when it's back in stock and throwing some more aggressive tires on to round it all out. The cons: -The corners of two of the pieces had their powder coating chipped off. Just a small section that I could cover with a finger tip. You wouldn't notice from more than 3 feet away. I hit them with a quick shot of rubberized undercoating mostly to prevent any worry about rust later on. -The fit near where the headlights and fenders meet isn't right. The bumper will either not be flush with the wheel well, or be .5 inch away from the headlight and look funny. I made mine fit to the headlight as I thought it would be less noticeable. Either of those alone I would've let go, but lost a star because of them together. The last thing to mention is that it does look a *little* funny how much higher this bumper is off the ground. I think it's mostly because I'm not used to it for now, the stock bumper sits real low and it's just a big difference. If you squat in front of the truck you can actually see the frame posts. Hopefully that will look better with the addition of the skid plate, either way I'm happy with it. ... show more

Great product for the price! Durable, well built, packaged great. I will say though on the Ram models with a 2-PC bumper, it’s a bit of a hassle having to remove everything upfront. Removing headlights and grille of the truck just to be able to remove the bumper. That’s not on Tyger that’s on Ram for designing the front end that way. Overall satisfied with the aggressive look it gives the truck. I will be ordering the rear bumper to match. ... show more
