There's not much to say about this - it's a plastic tablecloth. I use it to protect my nice tablecloths from messy eaters or projects, and it works fine. It's not super thick, but if it were any thicker the creases from folding would outlast us all. (A little heat helps a lot with that, by the way.) I don't love that it's shiny - makes it super obvious that you're using plastic - but it wouldn't clean nearly as easily if it were matte plastic, so that's just how it has to be. It obviously smells of plastic when you open it, more so if you heat it to work out the wrinkles. That doesn't last forever, though it does linger for a couple of days, at least for sitting at the table. The room smell is gone pretty quickly. Four stars. The item is as described, no complaints.

I am using this clear table cloth as a work table cover when I'm painting. It has a nice, glossy, and smooth surface as long as the creases are worked out. Now I'm not getting paint all over my work area and they can be easily wiped off before it stains too badly.

First, I will say that this is not going to be wrinkle free, nor will the wrinkles come out easily. However, this has been the case with other clear tablecloths I have purchased. I have taken a towel and iron to loosen them up a bit. Smiry's tablecloth had paper in between layers, not sure if that's the reason or the type of plastic, but slightly less deep creases than the others. The other tablecloths by smiry have been printed, and look at first glance like they are cloth, rather than vinyl. I have ordered about five of them. So, while I haven't left this on the table for use ... we're busy getting ready to list our home, so it's going to be some time ... I'm guessing it will be the same quality as their other tablecloths, albeit a different material.

This plastic table cover is definitely higher quality. It does still need some time to lie on the table and flatten out but not much. The heavier material helps hold it in place and naturally even it out over just a few days. It covers my table nicely and protects it from damage. These are great if you have kids and don’t want to compromise your kitchen table! You can also repurpose them later when they are more worn as a splatter pad to do crafts and painting on!

I've purchased many of these throughout the years, but this is my favorite one. It came folded but once I put on the table the creases softened. I'm sure with time they'll be less noticeable. It is thick and heavy duty. I have young children and this really helps protect my table from knife and fork scratches as well as mess. Clean up is so easy, just wipe the mess away. I no longer how to worry about damaging my table with this clear tablecloth protector.
