I love that you can place the gel on your teeth & continue with your day. No light etc needed afterwards. I noticed a difference after I applied the gel consistently after a few times. I use it at night before I go to bed. I can’t wait to see the outcome as I continue to use it. Try it!

I love these. I keep one in my car and while I am driving I put it on. I keep one next to my bed and put it on before sleep. One in my purse too. :) Use it as directed or more, you do see results within a week.
