I knew the helmet lights up, but I had no idea exactly how customizable it is. You can fine tune the visor color with several color options, including multi color and cycling colors. The ear piece color changes independently of the visor color and the side mounted flash light rotates up and down. Some assembly is required, but the instructions were easy and I had the whole thing done in a couple minutes. You're definitely buying this for the helmet, but the included suit is very decent quality also and cute. I would add that the size 14 is a bit snug and short for the average 14 year old. It fits my 11 year old well with not a lot of room to grow. ... show more

Amazing! My son was absolutely thrilled with this outfit, and I was very impressed with the overall quality of both the costume and the helmet. The different sounds that the helmet has is pretty cool and the color options are great! The sizing was spot on; my son is tall for an 8-year-old, so I sized up and it fit him perfectly. The outfit was easy for him to wear and move around in. I’m giving it 4 stars only because he mentioned the helmet sat a bit low on his shoulders, which caused some discomfort after wearing it for a while. Just got this costume today, 10/21/2025 and it fits perfectly on my son and the helmet is incredible and so very cool! My son rates this a 10/10 best costume ever!! Go with your child’s clothes size, the size charts can be a little deceiving!

My kid is 10 and the xl didnt fit him but I contacted customer service and they were able to refund me $10. Thank you for providing a good customer service. Also, the helmet is beautiful. My son liked it and looks like a real space helmet. The material of the suit is also good, but not stretchable. Which is why it didn't fit my son? He is about 100 pounds. I do recommend this costume for any school projects or for fun, even for a party. ... show more
